The Owl Mountains are one of the oldest ranges in the Sudetes, and we found an old orchard with an even older house there. We renovated it extensively and independently to preserve the soul of this place. Today, we relax, meet, perform, and dance here. Join us, because we have plenty of space. We can light up to three bonfires (and cook a pot of vegetarian food on each one), and in case of rain, we'll shelter in our party barn. In the morning, we'll take you on less-traveled trails, and in the afternoon, we recommend relaxing in a hammock with a book. And what about the kids? A space full of nooks, hidden treasures, toys, and board games awaits them. They'll gather only in the evening for a bonfire.

We rent the entire house exclusively, where you can gather with family or friends. Together, you'll experience a simpler, rural life with animals just beyond the fence and mountains on the horizon.

Our fully-owned house has approximately 250 square meters of living space and approximately 50 square meters of summer space in the barn, which serves as a large living room. The house is two-story. On the ground floor, we have a large hallway leading to the living room with a kitchen and fireplace. Next to it is a triple bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, or three single beds (we can arrange them for guests).

From the hallway, you also enter another bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. There is also access to a single toilet and a large bathroom with a shower and toilet.

From the hallway, we take the stairs to the first floor, where we enter another hallway leading to a large apartment with a mezzanine – a double bed, a sofa bed, and two single beds on the mezzanine. The apartment has its own bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and kitchenette. The next room is a small bedroom with a double bed. From the hallway, you also enter a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The upstairs hallway also provides access to the so-called Blue Apartment: a 40-square-meter, two-room, self-contained unit. The bedroom has a double bed and a fold-out armchair. The second floor features a small living room with a single sofa bed and a kitchen. The hallway also leads to the attic dormitory, where children or a close-knit group of adults can sleep on four mattresses.

By prior arrangement, vegetarian breakfasts and dinners can be prepared using local produce and herbs. The highlight of the program is a stew cooked in a cast-iron cauldron over an open fire.

The area surrounding the house is an old, former German orchard, where our guests enjoy relaxing. We have hammocks, garden chairs, and three fire pits. There's also a barn where you can shelter from the sun and rain and play board games at the large table. You can also enjoy a meal together, watch a movie on the projector, or even dance to music – we have all the equipment.

We have a dartboard, and, upon prior arrangement with the adults, an air rifle with targets and pellets, as well as a shooting range.
Hiking and cycling trails open right behind our house. The tower on Kalenica is about 7 km away. You can also drive to the river and to Przełęcz Jugowska, where the trails to Wielka Sowa Mountain start. Srebrna Góra, a fortress worth visiting, is about 15 km away. In the summer, recreational swimming pools with slides for children and adults are open in Nowa Ruda (7 km) and Jugów (5 km).

The children often disappear into the orchard and play outside all day. We have a trampoline, a large platform with a playhouse, and a small soccer and volleyball court. They climb trees, and there are also swings and hammocks. When the weather's bad, they spend time in the barn and the playroom in the attic – we have plenty of toys, games, and puzzles there. The neighbor has goats and chickens you can approach across the fence.

We have excellent Orange fiber optic connection. Each apartment has a table that can be used as a desk.
