We offer you our home. The home where our children learned to take their first steps and say their first words. A home built using recycled materials. A home whose walls were built from century-old barn logs, and whose roof is covered with decades-old ceramic tiles. A home warmed by the warmth of a wood-burning stove. A home with something primal about it. The Sunset House. A piece of our history. Today, we're still writing it in Florynka, next door. If you're interested, we'll invite you to join us in gardening and tell you where to buy bread, butter, and cheese. We'll share all the best we have, discreetly going about our daily lives. Because we're parents ourselves and know what children need, we especially warmly welcome families. This is one of those places where kids run with a smile between the playground and the mud kitchen, while parents can even enjoy a warm cup of coffee while watching over them from the terrace. If you want, you can go to the lake or go to the mountains. If not, you can stay at home and warm yourself by the fireplace, reading books. We invite you to enjoy the warmth of your home, sparkling in the rays of the setting sun.

Our house has two levels: ground floor and attic. The ground floor features a vestibule, bathroom, and living space with a kitchenette. The living space also includes a separate children's area. The attic has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed and two children's beds (80x160cm). The living room has a sofa bed. The house can accommodate two families (2+2) or three couples.

Our offer doesn't currently include meals. Depending on availability, you can buy eggs from our neighbors or order cow's cheese, butter, or bread. There are also several places to eat nearby, including the Gościniec Dworski Restaurant, the Pod Chełmem Restaurant, and the Napoesia Pizzeria in Ropa.

Our house is situated on a scenic plot at an altitude of over 500 meters above sea level, offering fantastic views of the surrounding valleys and mountain ridges. This location ensures unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. The immediate area is primarily made up of meadows, pastures, and forests, perfect for mushroom picking or shelter from the scorching summer sun. Nearby, you can spend time by the river or lake (Klimkowskie Lake), go for walks or bike rides along marked trails, or visit tourist towns such as Muszyna, Krynica Górska, Wysowa, or Stary Sącz. Our region also boasts historical gems, such as Lemko Orthodox churches and the world's oldest oil mine in Bóbrka.

We also share our garden with you. A garden where every single tree, shrub, and flower was planted by us and is still in the making. A garden where your children can learn what linden, oak, and maple leaves look like. If you visit us in early spring, we'll work with you to harvest birch birch sap and suggest where to gather wild garlic. A garden where your children can encounter lizards, grasshoppers, and yellow-bellied toads, and even spot roe deer and hares in the distance. A garden where you can observe birds like buzzards, jays, robins, blackbirds, and that song from above is a lark. Perhaps you'll even make friends with our cats.

The house has wireless internet access with download speeds of approximately 200 Mbps and upload speeds of approximately 30 Mbps, with a 500 GB data limit. We can provide a desk and chair upon request.
