What's the water conditions like today? Ours are consistently perfect; all you need to do is choose your favorite water equipment (or just swim trunks). You can choose from kayaks and SUPs, and we highly recommend mastering the wing and floating on a wingfoil, or opting for classic freestyle on a sailing board. We also have opportunities for winter swimming and saunas, and sometimes even ice skating and cross-country skiing.

For those looking for a more adventurous experience, endless relaxation options await – a soak in the tub with a view of the stars, a sauna, a coffee on the terrace… But perhaps you'll at least be tempted by a kayaking trip, which will take you straight to our beach? Or a ride on the Ełk narrow-gauge railway, followed by a grapeshot at the Sypitki station? Dock at our marina, where the wind is always in your sails.

The main feature of our home is the glass wall facing the lake. You can open it 3 meters wide and let nature in.

5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and in the large upstairs bedroom, a freestanding bathtub under the skylights allows you to gaze at the stars while bathing.

Each bedroom has two beds, which can be joined or not.

On the ground floor, a common space flows seamlessly into the terrace and garden, offering a beautiful view of the lake. A conservatory offers extensive organizational possibilities (retreat, yoga, course/training for 12 people) and includes a 4K projector, screen, 100" TV, and soundbar.

A private pier, beach, sauna... You decide what to do or not to do...

You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen or roast something over a fire. We also highly recommend the local cuisine. Two kilometers from us, our friends run the best restaurant in the region: Chata Rybaka. A similar distance away is Ryby z Mazur (Fish from Mazur), where smoked fish is always fresh in the on-site shop. Furthermore, in Sypitki, at the terminus of the narrow-gauge railway, you'll find the best kartacze!

The lake offers a wealth of opportunities: swimming, kayaking, SUPs, and fishing.
We have good wind conditions here, and we love wingfoiling, and our friends love windsurfing.

In winter, when conditions are favorable, we set up an ice skating rink. We also set up cross-country skiing trails in the forest 3 km from our hotel. We also offer winter swimming and saunas.

We can also organize a rafting trip down the Lega River, which will end at our private pier.

Ewelina herself used to go on vacation here as a child and says she was never bored. We have a safe space for children that inspires unique play. Just don't disturb them!
We especially recommend tracking frogs and lizards.

A ride on the Ełk Narrow Gauge Railway is a treat for both adults and children.

High-speed internet, quiet, and every room has a workspace (desk and chair). We organize courses for osteopaths and physiotherapists here.

The conservatory, connected to the building, has added almost 60 square meters of space, perfect for these types of meetings.
