In Hutki, there's a cottage. It has everything a cabin in the woods needs: a warm fireplace for cozy evenings, a porch for gazing at the forest inhabitants, and a wooden swing. With an open gate, it welcomes those whose vacation plan is to hide among the trees. It winks especially knowingly at parents. It's not easy to find a cottage where you can leave the kids out of your sight for a while. And here, there's a playground with a climbing wall, a trampoline, and a basketball hoop for games. Plus, there's a safe, fenced-in area, a bike trail, and a 5-minute kayaking trip that will put an end to every "I'm bored" moment. If you're looking for a Hutki pizza instead of a chain-store meal, head to the best pizzeria in the entire district, run by a native Italian. It's located in Bondyrz, 3 km away, and you can even buy... crispy, home-baked bread there. And if you can't imagine a vacation without a family barbecue, that's already waiting for its moment on the terrace. Come to Hutki near Krasnobród to experience Roztocze from the forest side. Poland's sunniest region will welcome you amidst its rolling hills, historic towns, and pristine rivers.

The cottage is two-story, clearly laid out. The ground floor comprises a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and dining area, and a bathroom. The first floor is divided into two rooms (one with a double bed and a wardrobe, the other with two double beds and a built-in wardrobe in an alcove).

Both the windows and the balcony door can be darkened with curtains. Some windows also have mosquito nets.

There are several places in the area serving exceptional food, such as fried Roztocze trout straight from the Wieprz River, the best pizzeria in the entire district, LaMajella, run by a native Italian, with the option of buying bread baked on site. Perhaps you'll enjoy the Kalinka Inn, where they serve a whole piglet leg?

A forest hiking and cycling trail runs along our property, which you can jump on at any time. You can also start your kayaking trip down the Wieprz River in Hutki.

A short hike is all it takes to find yourself on the beach at Jacynka Reservoir, on the ski slope in Jacnia, in the forest, or at a graduation tower. In Kaczórki, you can sample Roztocze trout.

We recommend a walk through the forest to the Belfont Forest, a group of forest lakes. Be sure to bring some mosquito repellent, as they bite like wild boars. You can also drive nearby to the Debry Nature Reserve. Beautiful gorges, diverse vegetation, and you might even spot animals like deer. We recommend downloading a guide with a description of the trail. It's available on the Zwierzyniec Forest District website. We recommend leaving your car at the parking lot at Zagroda Guciów (5 PLN per hour) as there is no parking available along the trail.

In Zwierzyniec:
– Kayaking is a must-see in the summer.
– The Church on the Water.
– The Plenipotentiary's Palace.
– Zwierzyniec Brewery - in May, June, and September, you can visit the brewery from Friday to Sunday. In July and August, tours are available from Wednesday to Sunday.
– Summer Film Academy. This is a cultural feast for cinephiles and those who appreciate good films.

In July, Gorajec hosts one of the most interesting folk festivals in Europe – Folkowisko. It's 45 km from Krasnobród.

In Cieszanów (about an hour's drive), the Cieszanów Rock Festival takes place.

Stawy Echo - a complex of four ponds located within Roztocze National Park, it's an ideal place for swimming.

– Bondyrz (5 km), a village of two mills. In the unassuming village of Bondyrz on the Wieprz River, two mills have survived, as if straight out of Iwaszkiewicz's stories. One, along with the entire miller's homestead, has been restored and looks stunning, especially its undershot wheel, an absolute rarity today. It's a pity, however, that right next door, a stone village bathhouse from 1928 is decaying – perhaps even more rare.

Hell on Stone Hill – according to legend, the devil decided to bet one of the local peasants that he could build hell on a hill in one night. If he succeeded, the peasant would surrender his soul to him. Hell was almost completed, but as the devil was carrying the last boulder, a rooster crowed, heralding the dawn. The rocks left on the hill are therefore remnants of this devil's construction.

What does Roztocze have in common with the Flintstones? Perhaps it's that Fred Flintstone worked in a quarry, of which there are quite a few in Roztocze. Although there are few outliers here, the numerous quarries are certainly worth visiting. Józefów, Krasnobród, Nowiny, and Bruśno are among the most popular.

Our playground has a climbing wall with a slide, a cocoon swing, and a regular swing. A must-have is the trampoline, hammocks, and a basketball hoop for the slightly older kids. :)

Each bedroom has a table and chairs and a desk lamp, and the internet works smoothly, so you can easily visit us for a workation. On winter days, you can work comfortably from a chair by the fireplace.
