Instead of desert landscapes, our place offers a haven of greenery and comfort. However, the dunes are united by the colors of sand: soothing and natural. Old wood, clay plaster walls, and thoughtful accents bring pleasure to eyes tired of concrete. Looking for a seaside retreat, tastefully furnished and far from commerce? Such places exist, even on the Baltic Sea. We suggest a trip to Mikoszewo, a small town situated at the mouth of the Vistula River. From here, you can walk through a pine forest to the wide beach in 15 minutes. Once you've had your fill, explore the surrounding area – it's fascinating and inspiring. The Mewia Łacha nature reserve delights nature photographers, and the Żuławy Wiślane region is full of history to discover. But for now, relax. Hi, I'm Krzysztof, and welcome to Diuna Home.
Diuna was born from a dream of creating a place close to nature – one I would love to visit to escape the daily grind. From the very beginning, I wanted it to be not just another standard seaside accommodation, but an intimate space with soul, where you can slow down, unwind, and truly connect with nature.
The inspiration for Diuna came from Mikoszewo's unique location – nestled between the sea, a pine forest, and the Mewia Łacha nature reserve. This place enchants me year-round. You can stroll for hours along the wide beach, watch birds, listen to the rustle of the trees, and simply breathe.
When designing the homes, I focused on natural materials, wood, simplicity, and comfort. I wanted the interiors to be conducive to relaxation while also harmoniously blending with the surrounding nature. Many elements were inspired by nature and the belief that true luxury lies in silence, space, and time spent with loved ones. I'm thrilled to be able to share this place with guests. I hope that during your stay at Diuna, you'll find the peace so often lacking in everyday life, and that it will be a place you'll want to return to.
