Where are the best mountain views? Of course, from Podgórzyn; the name of this village with a mouflon on its coat of arms is unmistakable. Tourists first arrived here from Jelenia Góra and Cieplice by bus, and later by tram. Along the way, they admired the Karkonosze peaks covered in alpine vegetation. Unfortunately, the tram hasn't run for 60 years, but it's quieter, much quieter, than in nearby resorts. And the mountains are the same, or even more beautiful. We invite you for a family vacation in our cozy apartments. From here, you can set off on mountain trails or ski, relax on the terrace with views, light a communal barbecue, and let the kids run free in the playground. We await you with unusual rock formations, waterfalls, and even a rocky cliff, which the bravest can descend via a ladder. After long hikes, you can relax in our well-kept garden or sauna, planning your next day's excursions.

Our house features four apartments:
- Deluxe Apartment on the ground floor with a private barbecue terrace and private entrance from the parking lot.
- Grand Apartment and Suite: both are duplex apartments with attic bedrooms located on the first floor.
- Studio Apartment on the first floor, with a bathroom with a bathtub and a large terrace.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a sauna and access to the garden at the back of the house.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette. We also recommend trusted restaurants in the area.

Water attractions: Cieplice Thermal Baths and the Podgórna Waterfall.
Palaces and monuments: Prince Henry's Ruins, Chojnik Castle, Cieplice Promenade, Staniszów Palace, and Miłków Palace.
