Despite the name of our village, you won't find all failures here. More like successes! Firstly, educational ones. When you think you've run out of ideas for what to do with your kids, just send them to our barn. There are so many attractions waiting there that you'll see your flock back at dusk. Or even not, because then they might just want to watch cartoons in the village cinema behind the curtain. If scooters, a volleyball court, a soccer field, table football, and board games aren't enough, we can also offer workshops on pizza baking, macramé, and T-shirt painting. Secondly, culinary successes. Leave them to us: throughout your stay, you won't have to think about what to eat, cook, and wash up. We'll invite you for home-cooked breakfasts and dinners – ones that even the little ones will enjoy. Thirdly, let your vacation success be measured by a few moments of blissful carefreeness. A warm coffee overlooking the surrounding meadows, an evening sauna session, and a few longer moments of silence with a book. Come to the edge of Kozłowiecki Landscape Park for an idyllic, imaginative, and unpretentious vacation.

Nestled among the meadows and fields of the Lublin region, this home offers 8 hectares of tranquility, nature, and space. The cottage is a restored farm building that sleeps 6 people. It features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully functional kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a mezzanine. Downstairs, you'll find a bathroom, kitchenette, living room with a fireplace, a work table under the stairs, and a large bedroom. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a cozy common area with sofas.

Upon request, we can serve breakfasts and dinners using local produce, homemade cheeses, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and our own preserves. We also offer herbal infusions, lemonades, and homemade cakes.

The nearest recommended restaurant is Firlejowe Sioło (23 km away).

The homestead is situated on an 8-hectare plot. It's away from heavy traffic, we have only a few neighbors, and we're all friends.

The homestead features a renovated 300 m² barn. It offers a workspace and corners with comfortable armchairs where you can play board games, do puzzles, or simply relax with a glass of wine and listen to music on cooler days. If guests want to dance, we can organize a dance evening under the lights of a coloriphon.

The barn has two sinks and two toilets for guests. In one section, separated by curtains, there's a movie corner with comfortable couches and a large screen – it can show evening shows, children's movies, or sporting events.

Next to the barn is a large terrace where you can spend the day gazing at the horizon, observing buzzards, roe deer (a telescope and binoculars are available for wildlife viewing), cranes, and other wild birds. Hammocks, loungers, a table for communal meals, and a comfortable large sofa are available.

A sauna with a small terrace is also available for guests to relax on between sessions. We are located in the Kozłówka Landscape Park, with trails suitable for walking, cycling, or rollerblading. The entrance to a forest trail is 650 meters from us.

In the area, in summer, you can swim in the nearby Firlej Lake (17 km). We offer two stand-up paddleboards and can arrange transportation to the venue.

Children are unlikely to be bored here. We've prepared a large space for free play and a few attractions that hark back to the days when the best way to spend the day was simply to get outside.

For those interested, workshops are available on painting T-shirts with floral patterns, baking pizza, or creating macramé.

In the atmospheric barn, you'll find a cinema with a large screen, table football, shuttlecocks, badminton, and shelves full of board games and books. You can ride scooters, of which we have several. There's also a large box of LEGO bricks, which will engage not only the youngest ones.

Outside, you can play football on a small pitch or try your hand at archery.
And if all that's not enough, there are eight hectares of space to run around, build bases, observe nature, and dream up your own adventures. Because we believe that the best childhood memories are made when there's time for play, not rushing.

In the cottage, we've set up a comfortable work table, and in the barn, you'll find a cozy, communist-era desk with a view of the fields and meadows. On the terrace, you can lounge on a comfortable sofa, open your laptop, and work while listening to birdsong instead of the office bustle.

Decent internet is available throughout the entire homestead (we work remotely ourselves) and there's easy access to power outlets and power. And if you need to print documents, we're happy to provide a printer.
