The beach in Lubiatowo is so wide that arguing over who set up the beach umbrella too close is pointless. Moreover, it and the Baltic Sea go hand in hand with a daily walk through the pine forest. One might say it's a minus, because a 20-minute walk is too far for a tired city visitor. We say you'll love walks through our forest. And it's these, culminating in the view of waves emerging from behind the trees, that you'll miss the most. Forget about designer fragrances from niche perfumeries: the Lubiatowo summer reeks of pine oils, which, in the farthest corner of Poland, will evoke memories of vacations. And what does it sound like? The clatter of horses' hooves and the sand escaping from the wheels of cyclists setting off on the EuroVelo10 trail. The laughter of children and the relaxed sighs of summer vacationers. Lubiatowo is a peaceful holiday destination for those who prefer the Baltic Sea without the commercialism. This is where my four cottages are located: meticulously crafted, comfortable, and able to accommodate up to six people each. They feature inviting terraces, three bedrooms, and fireplaces for cozy evenings. Come with family and friends for a leisurely seaside vacation.

Each cottage (70 m²) provides comfortable space for up to 6 people:

Ground floor (common area): spacious living room with kitchenette, hallway with large wardrobe, and bathroom with shower.

Attic (bedroom area – 3 bedrooms):

Bedroom 2: large double bed
Bedroom 3 (small): 2 single beds (dimensions: 90x200 cm and 80x175 cm – ideal for children).

This layout ensures privacy and freedom, even at maximum occupancy.

There are 4 cottages located relatively close to each other on the plot. Each has a private terrace, sheltered by vegetation and positioned to ensure privacy. However, if other guests are relaxing in other cottages, you will see each other. Keep this in mind if you're looking for absolute privacy :)

Your pets are welcome, but for organizational reasons, please remember that during the peak summer season – from July 12th to August 21st, 2026 – we will be taking a break and will not be accepting four-legged guests during this period.

We know that a successful vacation also includes good food! Each of our cottages features a fully equipped kitchen (with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, full set of dishes, and a coffee maker), where you can easily prepare your favorite meals.

And if you'd rather take a break from cooking? In the morning, you can order a delicious breakfast basket filled with local delicacies, which we'll deliver right to your door.

For lunch and dinner, it's worth visiting the nearby restaurants and atmospheric bars. Both in season and off, you'll enjoy traditional Polish and Kashubian cuisine, and in summer, the finest, fresh fish straight from the Baltic Sea.

– The beach in Lubiatów is as wide as a coastal highway. A 20-minute walk through a fragrant forest leads to the sea, and along the way, you can spot the dunes that change the landscape slightly every year.
– Hop on your bikes and ride along part of the R10 route. In one direction, the lighthouse in Stilo awaits, while in the other, seaside villages, forests, and paths reminiscent of Scandinavia await.
– The postcard-perfect Stilo Lighthouse is worth climbing to see where the sea meets the endless forest.
– Near Osetnik, you can find shifting sand dunes – without the crowds and without having to drive all the way to Słowiński National Park.
– Lake Kopalińskie is a place for those who enjoy swapping saltwater for freshwater. You can swim, watch birds, or test your ability to tell a heron from a cormorant. – If you enjoy places steeped in history, visit Białogóra. In the surrounding forests, you can still stumble upon traces of ancient settlements and wartime histories hidden among the pine trees.
– Choczewskie Yews is one of the oldest nature reserves in Poland. The local yews have been growing naturally here for centuries and remember the days when there were no summer cottages on the Baltic Sea.
– And when you tire of the sea, you can always head to the Kashubian Landscape Park. The hills, lakes, and forests remind you that Pomerania is not just beaches and (excellent!) fish fryers.

There's no greater joy for kids than the beach! You can walk or bike to the sea through the pine forest, which can be an adventure in itself. Sosnowo Mi is a friendly place for parents with little ones: a cot, bathtub, and highchair are included in the price. We also welcome slightly older toddlers and older children, as there's never a dull moment in Lubiatów and its surroundings. You can arrange horseback riding lessons in beautiful natural surroundings or visit the local alpaca farm. There are also two water parks within driving distance.

We have good internet, which will allow you to work remotely. The reception can be a bit tight if you need to talk on the phone at work. It'll be easier to stay connected online. A small desk awaits you in the upstairs bedroom, and on warm days, you can even work on the terrace.
