Le Ville by Pensieri di Cavatina comprises two private villas in the heart of Chianti Classico, approximately 20-30 minutes from Siena. Part of the historic 17th-century Pensieri di Cavatina estate, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.

VILLA DI SOTTO (up to 12 guests, 6 bedrooms)
An elegant, private residence where authentic rural architecture—stone walls, wooden beams, and terracotta—meets modern design in glass, Corten steel, and architectural concrete. The villa is part of a renovation project nominated for the Premio Architettura Toscana award. It features six spacious, bright bedrooms, a fully equipped designer kitchen, a spacious living area with a fireplace, and a private courtyard with terraces opening onto panoramic views of the Tuscan hills. Ideal for group stays, team-building retreats, and intimate events.

VILLA CAPPANNA (Stone Villa with Private Pool)
This authentic stone villa is perfect for guests who value privacy and timeless Italian charm. Stone walls, terracotta roof tiles, and warm wood accents combine rustic elegance with modern comfort. A private pool, spacious terrace, and views of the vineyards provide the perfect setting for relaxation and al fresco dining.

The estate boasts a restaurant serving dishes inspired by Tuscan tradition, prepared with local, seasonal ingredients (Mediterranean cuisine). Guests can enjoy a continental or buffet breakfast in the morning, with healthy and classic options. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, coffee maker, and kettle. We also organize wine and olive oil tastings from the estate, as well as cooking workshops.

Le Ville is the perfect base for exploring Tuscany. Siena is approximately 10 km away (a 20-30-minute drive), and the surrounding area is home to Chianti Classico vineyards, medieval towns, and historic monuments. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking, cycling, and horseback riding. We offer wine and olive oil tastings, cooking workshops, and outdoor activities. In the evenings, you can return to the tranquility of the villa, garden, and pool.
