We love to take deep breaths, and there are a few things that help us do this. First and foremost, the availability of water, where you can sway to a soothing rhythm. The proximity of mountains that exude an unshakable peace. Wood and other natural materials that warm us and breathe with us even when we're stuck at home. And then there are landscapes so beautiful that observing them becomes a form of meditation: views of the water, the mountains, and even higher mountains.

We've created a space for those who, like us, sometimes need to take a deep breath and be together. With family or friends. In addition to this interesting space, we've also provided a library of books and board games, so if you can't imagine your vacation without playing trains, start gathering your wagons for the trip to Brzozowy Rożnów.

There's another cottage next door, so you might not be completely alone. However, the bird inhabitants of this birch grove provide a pleasant acoustic experience.

The house consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious living area with a kitchenette. The smaller bedroom has a double bed. The larger bedroom also has a double bed and a sofa bed. Both bedrooms can accommodate a travel cot, which is included in the house.

Everything you can cook in our well-equipped kitchen :) Within 3-15 km you will find many great restaurants, also serving local cuisine.

You'll be bored if you want to. For active holiday enthusiasts, there are plenty of options at varying levels of intensity. Watching wild animals, listening to owls at night, water sports on Lake Rożnów, horseback riding at the nearby stud farm, or hiking and cycling. There's something for everyone!

They can run and frolic throughout the garden. The neighbors nearby have a host of interesting animals that can be viewed through the fence. Lake Rożnów and nearby Nowy Sącz also offer many attractions for those who enjoy more organized recreation. We have wireless (but very good and stable) internet throughout the house, both via WiFi and LAN. In the living area, you'll find a large extendable table that seats 4-6. Anyone familiar with open-plan office etiquette will feel right at home here!
