At a glance
The dense Noteć Forest teems with life. Lynx slink through the undergrowth, wolves roam the meadows at night, deer and cranes prowl the meadows, and a white-tailed eagle occasionally circles overhead. Before choosing this place, we traveled a bit around the world in a van. And we decided that this was the place worth a longer stay.
We are not only travelers but also physiotherapists, so we know what's good for the body and soul. Our fenced plot includes two cottages, but we've divided their lounge areas with a fence. At Czarny Słabędź, you can use the jacuzzi free of charge, and there's also a sauna on the property. Hiking and cycling trails, lakes for fishing and swimming (we can lend you a stand-up paddleboard), and even rivers perfect for kayaking await. We invite you to relax on our deckchairs overlooking the impassive cows, or to get active by chopping wood and smoking your own catch.
Although Grotów is a village and we have neighbors, you can feel like you're in the middle of the forest. Due to our high mezzanine and partially enclosed staircase, we welcome families with children aged 3 and over.

Ania and Łukasz: Creators of the Śpiew Forest Settlement. We are the hosts of the Śpiew Forest Settlement, which we created to share with you the blissful peace of the Noteć Forest. After 20 years of physiotherapy, we traded the rush of the city for the forest and lakes to fulfill our dreams of living in harmony with nature.
For years, we helped others take care of their health, until we finally decided to slow down. Driven by a need for creativity and a love of nature, we hand-crafted our own forest haven. Each cottage and every corner of the garden is the fruit of our labor, imagination, and heart.
Besides life on the Settlement, our great love is vanlife. We document our passion for travel and the behind-the-scenes story of the Settlement's creation on our YouTube channel: "With a Smile Through Life – Van Life Free Life."
