The morning rooster crows, horses whinny in the distance, a sun-baked cat peers through the kitchen window. This isn't a hotel, or even an agritourism farm, but simply a home. A large house for a family with children, with four bedrooms, a pleasant garden, and bicycles waiting for group outings. It's a bit unique, as it sits almost at the tip of Western Europe, in the Portuguese Algarve region. If you hop in a kayak on the nearby Seixe River, you'll reach the ocean at one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal (and perhaps even the world). But first, in the morning, farm chores await you. Skye the Scottish Shepherd, Cleo the bunny, Mio and Cuca the cats, and a small flock of chickens are waiting for their bowl. The chickens will reward you with eggs for breakfast, and the rest with their friendly company. Everything is very simple and intuitive, and of course, we'll show you exactly how.

Staying with us, you'll become the caretakers of this little corner for a while. By taking your little ones here, you'll show them not only the wildest corners of Portugal, but also simple, rural life. If you're homeschooling your children, this will be an unforgettable adventure: swimming in the ocean, climbing eucalyptus trees (whose refreshing scent you'll smell immediately upon arrival), caring for our herd, and studying or working from the comfort of your own home overlooking the pastures and horses. And don't worry, the end of the world isn't that far away; you don't have to take a two-day coach ride from the capital. Faro airport is only an hour and a half away. That's all it takes to fall in love with Portugal, the slow way.

Our house offers 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers an additional large double mattress for families who want to sleep closer to their children. The two children's rooms have their own single beds. The only bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. Bathrooms are located on both levels. Our farm animals are also an important part of our farm: Skye the Scottish Shepherd, Cleo the bunny, Mio and Cuca the cats, as well as a small flock of chickens that lay a few eggs daily. We want our guests to fully enjoy the surrounding nature and also take care of the animals' well-being daily.

When you stay with us, you become the caretakers of this place for a while. The only thing we ask is that you feed our animals daily – from the first morning after your arrival.

It really only takes a few minutes a day: a handful of food for the chickens, fresh food for the bunny, cats, and sometimes our dog, if he's on the farm. Everything is very simple and intuitive, and of course, we'll show you exactly how.

If you're looking for a completely hands-off stay, this probably isn't the place for you. But if you love animals, have ever dreamed of living on a small farm, or want to show your children that eggs really don't come from the store, we'd be delighted to welcome you.

Our animals are friendly, curious, and accustomed to human presence. The chickens wander the garden, the cats often come to say hello, and fresh eggs for breakfast are a daily gift from our hardest-working residents.

It's thanks to them that this house has its soul.

Seasonal fruits like figs, quinces, peaches, and mulberries. And sometimes even vegetables. The most valuable addition to breakfasts are eggs from our own henhouse. Furthermore, the area offers endless culinary delights—Portuguese and international.

The beaches, cliffs, and ocean are a treasure trove that nourishes on every level and makes us experience something more than just a vacation. The surrounding paths through forests, fields, and hills pamper the senses with the scents, sights, and sounds of nature.

Staying on a farm is an incredible experience for vacation, but also for families with homeschooling children. It's not just a house; it's a piece of the living farm.
