Before Chłapowo became a seaside resort, it was an ordinary Kashubian fishing village. Only later did it begin to attract vacationers. During the interwar period, it was particularly popular with Warsaw residents, who came here and rented rooms from local farmers. And although much has changed since then, in some places it still retains the atmosphere of an old summer resort rather than a resort. In a few places, old timber-frame cottages have survived, and in the center of the village you can find a 19th-century roadside chapel. Instead of taking the seaside promenade, you have to get to the beach via the Chłapowska Valley. They say it's one of the most beautiful nature reserves on the Baltic Sea. Locals call it Rudnik, after the rusty color of the soil, through which waters rich in iron compounds flow. And speaking of iron... did you know that a burial ground from the early Iron Age, over 2,500 years old, was discovered in Chłapowo? That's exactly what we have here, in our intimate summer resort. Right on its edge, for those who enjoy being away from it all, our house with six apartments stands. The forest is behind the fence, meadows surround it, and there are few neighbors. It invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the Baltic Sea: in a comfortable yet homely atmosphere. In the summer, we serve breakfast, have a sauna, and a fun playground for kids. We know how to host, and it's a real pleasure for us. Come visit us as a couple, as a family, and definitely with your furry companion.

MADO consists of 6 apartments.

Three are located on the ground floor and consist of a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace.

Three are apartments on the first floor, consisting of a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a mezzanine above the living area with two single beds and balconies.

We serve a buffet breakfast during the summer holidays, which guests can purchase on site. Delicious, fresh, and made with locally sourced ingredients.

In addition to comfortable accommodation, we offer guests the option of reserving a sauna and using the chill-out zone. Without the sauna, you can also light the fireplace and relax with a view of the forest in our MADówka. Darts are available outdoors. Bike rentals are available. The forest is at your fingertips! Beautiful, sandy beaches are just around the corner. A quiet neighborhood, yet still within walking distance of Władysławowo and Jastrzębia Góra. Netflix and board games are available in every apartment. A badminton set is available in the garden. Some enjoy active leisure, while others enjoy watching from a hammock.

For children, in addition to board games, the apartment has a playhouse in the garden and swings. Badminton is available in the garden. Bicycles are available for rent.

We don't have desks for remote workers, but each apartment has a table where you can work. The internet is fine, although it sometimes drops out for a short while, and phone reception is also average, but it's still possible to work :)
