We invite you to a forest cottage with a panoramic view of the Owl Mountains. The undulating roof of our design blends perfectly with the picturesque ridges of the surrounding hills. You'll feel as if you're the only witness to the beauty of nature around you. Evenings are spent here by the fire, mornings with coffee on the terrace amidst birdsong, and during the day, it's worth hitting the hiking and biking trails or – in winter – the ski slopes. There's no internet in the cottage, and the signal is poor, so you won't find work here. We recommend discovering the treasures of one of the oldest Sudetes ranges and gazing at the horizon. Come and hide from the world.

The cottage is located within the intimate Przygórze 201 resort, surrounded by nature and overlooking the Owl Mountains. The main building is nearby, so you're not completely cut off from the world, while still having your own, independent cottage and private space to relax.

A major advantage of this location is the ability to use the resort's additional facilities—by prior arrangement with the hosts. This is a good place for those who want to live close to nature, hike in the mountains, and relax in their own cottage, but also value the comfort and amenities available on-site.

The wooden cottage was designed and crafted in Poland using natural materials, using traditional woodworking techniques. Its rounded shapes seamlessly blend into the rural landscape, evoking a sense of harmony and tranquility. It offers a barrier-free experience of nature, right at your fingertips.

The cottage sleeps up to three people. Guests have access to a comfortable double bed and an additional sleeping space on a 170 cm sofa bed.

The cottage features a fully equipped kitchenette with an electric stovetop, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils and accessories for preparing meals. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, spices, and oil are available for your use. There is also a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Outdoors, you'll find a comfortable relaxation area with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a fire pit – perfect for evenings spent together under the starry sky.

Whatever you want to cook in the kitchen or prepare over a campfire.

This is a place created for those who want to slow down, wake up to birdsong, enjoy a coffee with a mountain view, and sit by the fire in the evening.

You'll find something for yourself here every season:

- nearby ski slopes in winter,
- numerous attractions and picturesque places to discover within a radius of several kilometers.

The tower on Kalenica is approximately 7 km away. You can also drive to the river and to the Jugowska Pass, where trails to Wielka Sowa Mountain start. Srebrna Góra, a fortress worth visiting, is approximately 15 km away. During the summer, recreational pools with slides for children and adults are open in Nowa Ruda (7 km) and Jugów (5 km).

This is a place made for relaxation. Just slow down and enjoy the moment.
