At a glance

Everyone comes to us with a different story. These are tales of exhaustion, overstimulation, and the need for a long-awaited vacation. But also a longing for movement, a need for freedom, and a desire to connect with the mountains. Often accompanied by a pet, who, even more than humans, needs to escape the confines of their four walls. We believe that every such story finds a happy ending here.

Our role? To create the right conditions for you to regenerate. We understand this as a return to balance. How do we regain it? Through movement, sound, breathing, and nutritious, wholesome cuisine. Ania is a ski instructor and Nordic walking instructor. Paweł is a karate master, personal trainer, and BLACKROLL® myofascial massage instructor. Together, we create a place where activity becomes the foundation of well-being. If you wish, we invite you to personal training, joint runs and walks, or dog trekking. Your experience can be enriched by relaxation to the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, and bells. A healthy vegetarian breakfast is an essential part of each day, and dinner is also available for those who wish. The surrounding mountains and forest, which you can access through the garden gate, will accompany you on your return to your home. If this is what you're looking for, come to Jałowcówka. We'll help you plan a vacation tailored to your needs.

PS: We want to let you know that many people visit us with dogs. If their presence (their smell, sounds, play, etc.) is a problem for you, Jałowcówka won't be the ideal place to relax.

Sometimes we are on-site, sometimes we're not

Ania Makuch and Paweł Gąsior, passionate about nature and activity, have found their home in the Beskid Mountains, where they run the Jałowcówka agritourism farm. Their backgrounds include culture and art, but it would be difficult to count all their areas of fascination. Sitting in the forest every day, they focus on self-discovery and renewing their relationship with nature through conscious engagement with it, moving meditation, and delight in the fleeting beauty of each day. They also create a hub of positive energy – Bending Time and Space – where Paweł shares the incredible power of the frequencies of instruments such as Tibetan bowls, shamanic drums, and gongs.
