When the sun sets in Milanówek, you can often hear the rustle of flowing dresses, the sounds of a piano, mysterious whispers, and laughter in its vast gardens. Sometimes you know a concert or workshop is in progress, but sometimes you get the impression that these are ghosts of the past. Zofia Stryjeńska rustles her dress, and Witkacy drops his pencil and rolls across the wooden parquet floor. Our Villa Ostromir also witnessed the meetings of pre-war bohemian artists, and we ensure that it continues to live on in art, not just memories. We've decorated all the rooms in the style of the period, carefully preserving numerous preserved details, from the frescoes (look for them above the entrance and on the balconies) from the early 20th century to the original bricks from the Henryków brickyard in nearby Natolin (you'll find them in the garden, along the paths).

What can you do in our garden town? Above all, a break from Warsaw. Meeting friends. Devising and organizing new artistic projects. And strolling through the old garden with its orchard and patch of forest, listening to the whispers of history.

The ground floor of this historic villa features four guest bedrooms and a common area, including a billiards room, a library with a tiled stove, and a dining room with access to the basement. The ground floor also features two additional bathrooms, each attached to a guest bedroom, and a hallway. The bright basement features a spacious guest kitchen, a recreation room with a woodstove, and a bathroom with a shower (arched).

A fully equipped kitchen with a pressure and drip coffee maker is available. Upon request, guests can enjoy delicious local food prepared by our friend who runs Tortilla Serwis. The area offers a diverse and affordable selection of bars and restaurants.

Staying in our historic interiors is a pleasure in itself. We also have three large rooms available for shared use: a study/library with a working antique tiled stove, the Zakopane Room with a billiards table, and a dining room. We frequently host interesting events. We also have a large garden, divided into a forest section, a meadow with a small apiary, and an orchard.
