In the 17th century, a glassworks operated in Słotwiny, supplying the Starost of Muszyna with over 1,000 panes of glass annually. We've equipped our villas with panoramic windows that even the most prestigious glassworks would be proud of. So you could say we've honored local history. In fact, even our terrace is glass! So you won't miss a single glimpse of the tree-covered slopes of Krynica-Zdrój.

And once you manage to tear your eyes away, equally delightful images await you inside. When it comes to the interiors of our homes, we spared no effort. We wanted them to satisfy the most discerning guests – those who come on vacation for a touch of luxury and pampering. There's no need to share the spa with anyone – you can relax in the sauna, jacuzzi, or graduation tower on your own. In summer, take a stroll to the spa park and explore the mountain trails, and in winter, ski to your heart's content. A warm bed and a fireplace await you just 5 minutes from the slopes. Both villas have the same layout.

On the ground floor (level 0), you'll find a spa area, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a large terrace with a 7-person jacuzzi, and a garden with a beautiful view.

On the upper level (level 1), you'll find a large living room with panoramic windows, a viewing terrace, and a living room with a three-sided tiled fireplace. This level also features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area (with a large table for 10 people), a large lounge suite, lounge chairs, a chess board, a TV, and much more.

On the top level (level 2), there are two bedrooms: one with a mezzanine, which includes a children's and sleeping areas, a viewing terrace, a bathroom with a bathtub and a panoramic viewing window, and the second bedroom with a balcony, a living room with a sofa bed, and a large, panoramic bathroom with a shower.

At your disposal are a barbecue, a laundry room with a drying rack, and a utility corner with a steamer, iron, and dryer.

The villa is fully equipped with toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, towels, dryers, dishes, coffee makers, a toaster, dishwasher, bar, kettle, oven, refrigerator, and freezer.

We used wood, glass, and stone to finish our villa. Thanks to the extensive glazing, you can admire the beautiful views from every corner.

We recommend our restaurant, Cichy Kącik, two kilometers away. You can also order meals there for delivery. Additionally, each villa features a well-equipped kitchen and a large table with a beautiful view for sharing meals.

The Mikulski villas are located on the southern slope of Słotwiny in Krynica-Zdrój, offering beautiful views of Góra Parkowa and the Sądecki Beskid Mountains.

Near the villa is Poland's first treetop observation tower, built in 2019, which has quickly become a national attraction. It is part of the Słotwiny Arena Ski & Bike Park complex. The tower, 49.5 meters high, rises above the Słotwiny ski lift on the Drabiakowka slope. It is one of the most popular attractions for tourists visiting Krynica-Zdrój (more here).

Słotwiny is one of Krynica's major ski resorts, located on the Słotwinka stream, and boasts six ski lifts, including four T-bar lifts and two chairlifts. The trails are FIS-approved, snow-covered, and illuminated. There are also ski schools, equipment rentals, and numerous bars and gift shops.

The Bike Park offers numerous cycling routes of varying difficulty.

You can also follow the yellow trail to nearby Jaworzynka or Jaworzyna Krynicka, and explore further trails in the Sądecki Beskids.

In Słotwiny, you'll also find the wooden Orthodox Church of the Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary, currently the parish church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Built in 1887–88, the church is a wooden log structure.

For those less active, you can head from Villa Mikulski to Słotwiński Park, 600 meters from the villa, where the spa park has been revitalized and where the oldest spa building in Krynica – the Słotwinka Pump Room – stands. A graduation tower was also built during the revitalization. Then, from the park, you can take the Old Road to the historic Cichy Kącik Inn, run by us. The inn was established in 1936. Here, you can sample regional dishes, sip homemade liqueurs, and listen to a live highland band.

From the villa, you can also stroll to the heart of Krynica-Zdrój, the famous Krynica Promenade.
