As you turn onto Sanatoryjna Street from the center of Międzygórze, with each step you take, you'll find yourself transported further back in time, until you finally find yourself in the 19th century. Here, amidst the Alpine greenery, a narrow street rises, lined with gems of Tyrolean architecture. Gentlemen in frock coats and ladies with umbrellas once lounged here; today, you can follow their example. Perhaps you'll even encounter them again if you pause for a moment by the Bogoryja stream and listen to its vibrant murmur?
Our Villas Pepita and Titina are among these gems, meticulously renovated and ready for the next wave of vacationers, hikers, and skiers. We invite you to our historic premises; we open wide the doors and windows to let in the greenery of the forest and the unique, spa-like air. Come as a couple or with friends; we're also a great place for families with children: we have a playground, and right outside our door you can set off on a trail to the Fairy Tale Garden. Thanks to you, these old wooden villas are once again filled with conversation and laughter. Together, we'll write the next pages of the history of our amazing village, which nestled beneath Śnieżnik Mountain almost 500 years ago.
Villa Pepita is a true architectural gem from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries – featured on old postcards and photographs from Międzygórze, now brought back to life. Situated in a quiet part of the village, it is the perfect place to relax and also an excellent base from which to explore the attractions of the Kłodzko Valley.
The Villa's interiors combine carefully designed, classic elegance with comfort. Villa Pepita boasts atmospheric color schemes with a hint of pastoral nostalgia, while wooden furniture creates a cozy and peaceful atmosphere.
Every morning at Villa Pepita, we serve fresh, homemade breakfasts – prepared with local produce and served in the atmospheric dining room. It's the perfect start to the day, allowing you to pause for a moment and savor the morning's tranquility.
The villa's common areas include an elegant fireplace room – perfect for conversation and evening relaxation, and a room with a billiards table and a library – perfect for casual get-togethers.
Villa Pepita is also the perfect space for intimate birthday parties, corporate meetings, and team-building retreats. Restored details, a warm atmosphere, and contemporary amenities create a place that will be etched in our guests' memories.

Children thrive on space, nature, and a bit of freedom. That's why our villas offer plenty of room to run, play, and explore the area at their own pace. Instead of a set daily plan, there are meadows, trees, mountain trails, and a whole host of things to discover along the way.
The Międzygórze area is a playground in itself. You can organize races, build forest bases, search for interesting stones, sticks, and other treasures, spot animals, or take a shorter hike along one of the nearby trails. Here, children can let off steam, get dirty, and above all, spend time away from their screens.
If you're looking for additional attractions, the area also has plenty to offer. In the summer, we can help organize horseback riding, and in the winter, you can go on a real sleigh ride. In the winter, it's also worth checking out the nearby ski resorts – you'll find trails for both beginners and more experienced skiers.
And after a day full of adventures, you can return to the villa, eat something delicious, and give the kids a little more time to play. Because sometimes it's the simple days like these—a little exercise, a little nature, and a lot of freedom—that are the most enjoyable.
It's not always possible to leave work at home – fortunately, you can take it with you to the mountains. If you have a few emails, meetings, or other professional obligations to attend to during your stay, our villas offer comfortable spaces where you can easily set up your laptop and work.
Wi-Fi is available, and when the weather is nice, there's nothing stopping you from taking your work closer to nature. The terrace, fresh mountain air, views of the surrounding forests, and birdsong in the background sound probably better than most offices.
Of course, we can't guarantee that all tasks will go faster. However, we can promise that your coffee break will have a much better view. And when you're done, the mountains are just a stone's throw away – so you can close your laptop and start relaxing.
