Does splashing into the pool sound different from splashing into the lake? What's the difference between the murmur of a river and the roar of a jacuzzi? Do you prefer a bathtub with a view or a hot tub on the terrace? And do you sit on the dock with a book or a fishing rod? So many questions, but they can all be answered in one place: our Korycin marina on the Kumiałka River, where you can choose from a wide range of water and seaside entertainment. And in the evening, while feasting together, you can grill Korycin cheese straight from the farmer's market.

Our houses are primarily made of wood, but we dreamed of giving them a modern feel. You'll feel more like you're in a good hotel than a Podlasie cottage, yet you'll be surrounded by the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. And the sound, splash, and splash, as the pool and hot tub are already heating up, and our private riverside dock is quickly gaining a devoted following. Children are never bored here – it's hard to drag them out of the warm pool, and even if the weather isn't cooperating, a playroom full of toys awaits them, even those they don't have at home. So pack up the whole family (yes, including Ciapek) and let yourselves be carried away by our waters.

Each house has a spacious, 6-meter-high living room with a dining area and kitchenette, two bathrooms with a shower, 3 bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one four-person bedroom with a bathtub by a large window, a double bed and a sofa bed.

Each house has a fully equipped kitchen, where you'll be happy to prepare your favorite dishes. Korycin, where you'll be relaxing, is famous for its regional Korycin cheeses, which can be purchased in local shops or directly from the hosts.

On the property, we have a swimming pool with loungers, a large shelter with a stone barbecue for communal entertaining, a children's play area next to it, and a relaxation area on the grass with a playground behind the cottages. Most importantly, the Kumiałka River flows through the property, featuring a pier for sunbathing and fishing, and a nearby bonfire area.

There's an outdoor playground and a separate playroom. Plenty of lawn for running around, and of course, a diving pool and a river.

Very good internet throughout the facility allows you to stream not only at home, but also by the pool or by the river.
