You set your navigation northwest. In the shadow of forests and the flatness of fields, you reach the edge of our 3-kilometer valley. You literally cross the event horizon. And there you find yourself in a place where noise, rush, and worries have no access. Under a dark sky, untainted by light pollution, you experience a state of weightlessness for a few nights. It's undisturbed silence, at night you're enveloped in dense darkness, and there's no sign of civilization. The guardian of the habitat, Franek the cat, shows you around his estate. Here, a swing in an old oak tree, there, a cloud-dwelling zone – hammocks hidden in the cool shade of a birch grove. There's also a relaxing sauna with a hot tub for cooling off, and a shelter for those barbecue evenings you just can't seem to end. What's missing? You. This 320 m² house is designed for exclusive use and sleeps up to 22 people.

Rooms and layout: The heart of the house is a spacious living room with a fireplace and a table made of old oak. We offer what we like to call "indoor glamping" – bedrooms in the form of atmospheric, linen lodges/tents inside the building.

Modular space: the sleeping area with mattresses (130 m²) can be easily folded into one large, open room, perfect for yoga mats, circles, or meditation.

Bathrooms: 4 showers, 1 bathtub, 5 toilets.

Terrace: A large relaxation terrace overlooking the forest.

We offer a fully equipped, large kitchen where you can conveniently prepare meals for the entire group.

Outside, there's a covered grilling hut and a fire pit.

Extremely Dark Skies – the absence of urban light pollution and smog creates excellent conditions for stargazing.

Our own Cinema Under the Stars – (a 3-meter screen on the building wall, a professional projector, deck chairs, and blankets).

Relaxation area: sauna, pond, fire ring, covered barbecue hut, and a daydreaming zone with hammocks under birch trees and a swing on a massive oak tree.

And Franek – our cat and habitat guardian, who teaches guests how to sunbathe professionally.
