The Manichatki radio station delivers important announcements. This message is for those who, in their pursuit of tomorrow and concern for yesterday, have forgotten that everyday life can unfold at a natural pace. Imagine endless expanses of greenery, the beech forests of the Beskid Niski Mountains, numerous mountain springs and streams, and among them cottages gazing at the world with turquoise eyes. In place of a historic Lemko village, I created Manichatki. A picturesque area, cut off from the intrusion of civilization, on which three cottages are built from over 100-year-old logs. Mania and I live in one, and we leave the others to you. Here, you will encounter a miracle of nature and see firsthand how the present intertwines with history. Ropki is a blend of cultures: Lemkos, Pogórzans, and Boykos. The villages still bear traces of the old Lemko scurrying, roadside crosses, chapels, Orthodox churches, and cemeteries hidden among the trees. I can't promise you eternity, but I can guarantee a few moments of respite. The Manichatki are waiting.

The house consists of a common area, a living room with a sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, gas stove with an electric oven, sink, all necessary cooking utensils and pots), along with a coffee machine. Downstairs, there's a bathroom and one large bedroom with a large window and a double bed. Upstairs (in the attic) are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double and a single bed. A large terrace surrounds the house, furnished with loungers and armchairs.

Nearby, in Wysowa Zdrój and Uście Gorlickie, there are excellent restaurants serving local and seasonal cuisine, including Stary Dom Zdrojowy, Gościnna Chata, and Klimkowskie Smaki. Neighbors offer goat, sheep, and cow cheeses.

Generally, people come to Manichatki to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can lie in a hammock or on a deckchair – with a book or simply observe what's happening around you: birds, deer, beavers, meadows, mountains. At night, you can gaze at the starry sky.

For the more active, there are hiking trails, bike paths, wandering through meadows and forests, and discovering traces of Lemko history (abandoned villages, Orthodox churches).

You can also visit the picturesque Slovak town of Bardejov or Krynica.
Wysowa has an indoor swimming pool and a beautiful spa park.

In autumn, it's worth coming for mushroom picking, especially for saffron milk caps, and in September for the deer rut.

For children there is freedom, pebbles, sticks, trips to the river, and when it rains, a lot of mud.

For those working, there is fiber-optic internet, a desk and very pleasant conditions for working in silence and with a beautiful view.
