Polanica's salt is dissolved in its waters. As early as 1652, the chronicler Georgius Aelurius wrote of the exquisite taste of the local waters, rich in mineral salts, and recommended them to both the healthy and the sick. In the 19th century, they began to be used for spa purposes and even bottled. In the 20th century, Polanica fortunately escaped war damage and today continues its history as a picturesque spa town.

On its edge, adjacent to the forest, we have built a brand new Salt House. This modern building features 13 comfortable apartments and a private wellness area shared by all our guests. In the Salt Zone, you can enjoy the sauna, salt cave, graduation tower, and oxygen-salt room as much as you like – up to five times a day, if you so desire. Enjoy the rooftop terrace with jacuzzi: you can relax in the bubbles during the summer season, but when the autumn weather cooperates, we extend the season. Each of our apartments, both small and studio, has its own salt wall, so you can enjoy its beneficial properties throughout your stay. We just ask that you don't lick it. However, long, relaxing walks through the Spa Park and sipping on a glass of healing water from the Mineral Water Pump Room are permitted. Polanica-Zdrój has the aura of a former spa town, where you can step back in time and forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. We have 13 studios and apartments, ranging from 30 to 52 m², located on the ground, first, and second floors.

Studio rooms: a bedroom and living area in one space, sleeping 2-4 people.
Apartments (living room + bedroom): a separate bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, sleeping 2-4 people.

One three-room apartment with two bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people.

Each room features a private bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, a kitchenette, air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, a table with chairs, and an illuminated Himalayan salt wall. Most rooms have a balcony.

Common areas exclusively for our guests: the Salt Wellness Zone on the ground floor – a salt cave, a graduation tower, a salt sauna, and an oxygen-salt room – and a rooftop terrace with a spa bath.

The building has an elevator, which takes you to the ground floor, first floor, and Salt Zone. A few more stairs lead to the second floor and roof terrace.

Parking is free at the building. Self-check-in is available – you'll receive a code before your arrival, so you can arrive at any time.

Pets are welcome with prior notice.

We don't have a kitchen or restaurant, but each apartment has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, dishes, and cutlery. Breakfast is yours to make, at your own time – a plus for many guests.

Shops and bakeries are just a short walk away. Restaurants and cafes are clustered around the promenade and Spa Park, all within walking distance. We're happy to recommend places to visit – just ask.

The Mineral Water Pump Room in Spa Park is also worth a visit. Healing water straight from the spring is one of the things people come to Polanica for.

Our offer includes: Salt Wellness Zone throughout your stay, included in the price, no reservations required, and unlimited entry. A salt cave, a graduation tower, a salt sauna, and an oxygen-salt room are available. You can enter in the morning or evening, and you can enter three times a day.

A rooftop viewing terrace with a spa tub. The tub is open during the summer season until the end of September—and if the weather cooperates in autumn, we extend the season.

In Polanica itself: a promenade, the Spa Park, the Mineral Water Pump Room, the Chess Park, and the Spa Theatre—everything within walking distance.

Nearby: the Table Mountains with Szczeliniec Wielki and Błędne Skały, the Bear Cave in Kletno, the Skull Chapel in Czermna, the fortress in Kłodzko, and the basilica in Wambierzyce. In winter, there's a slope and cross-country trails in Zieleniec.

Hiking trails and forest paths start practically around the corner.

We have apartments that comfortably accommodate a family: two-room apartments for four people and one three-room apartment for six. Each has a kitchenette and a washing machine—with children, this makes a huge difference.

Children enjoy the Salt Zone with their parents. The salt cave is usually an attraction in itself, and the salt spray is good for their respiratory system—many families visit us after the flu season.

In Polanica, there's a playground in Spa Park, Chess Park, and a promenade that's stroller-friendly. The Table Mountains are a half-hour drive away—Błędne Skały is the best natural maze you can show a child.

Yes, our apartments are suitable for remote work. Each one has a table and chairs, good Wi-Fi throughout the building, air conditioning, and a quiet atmosphere. We don't organize parties, and guests come here primarily for peace and quiet.

Check-in is self-service, so arrival and departure times aren't dependent on the reception. For longer stays, a washing machine is handy—there's one in every room.

Breaks are easier to take than usual. Twenty minutes in the salt cave or by the graduation tower between meetings is a completely different kind of reset than another coffee.
