We have a place where up to 14 busy Warsaw residents can stay at once. Not a hotel, not a guesthouse. Simply a home. Atmospheric and comfortable. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, so you don't have to wait in traffic to shower in the morning. With two kitchenettes, so the vegetarian and meat sections can cook separately.

We also have an idea for a place to stay that will make your stay not just an overnight stay, but also a memorable one. Tell us about a second place where a drum kit awaits guests. We don't know if the aspiring drummers' companions will be happy, but they certainly will. And how many rental homes have an art gallery in their stables? Ours regularly hosts exhibitions. We enjoy a creative lifestyle and encourage you to take creative trips – for workshops, yoga, and unconventional company meetings. But we also welcome family reunions, outings with friends, and intimate celebrations. On the Bug River, every day is a holiday – just open the gate and you'll find yourself in romantic meadows. Spot a moose or watch wild birds by the water. Gaze and forget. And then return for the evening to a warm sauna, the sounds of a guitar, and the company of your favorite people.

PS. We invite you to visit with your pets, but please be aware that there are four cats living on the premises. It's important that your companions don't react aggressively to them.

The brick house has 250 m² and 6 bedrooms – it comfortably sleeps up to 12 people, and we can add two extra beds if needed. There are 5 bathrooms, so even a large group won't have to worry about morning traffic jams.

The heart of the house is the large living room with a fireplace and a panoramic window overlooking the meadows. Next to it is the kitchen with two kitchenettes and a dining room that can seat everyone at one table. The house opens directly onto the terraces.

On our property, there's also a charming 64 m² room – perfect for workshops, yoga, rehearsals, or group play – a former stable converted into an art gallery. A separate wood-burning sauna awaits.

We rent the entire house exclusively to one group. The 2.7-hectare property is fenced, with a large parking lot and a gate leading directly to the wild meadows of the Bug River.

With us, you cook your own food and have everything you need: a kitchen with two kitchenettes, two refrigerators and a dishwasher, a pressure coffee maker, a full set of pots, dishes, and glasses. A barbecue and fireplace await you in the garden – dinner by the fire is a classic here. Nearby: local shops in Brańszczyk, and several places for lunch on the Bug River – we'll tell you where to go.

The most action is outdoors: 2.7 hectares of private land, wild Bug River meadows just outside the gate, bikes for hire, and the Bug River at your fingertips. In the evenings, a wood-burning sauna and a bonfire.

Inside the house: a fireplace, ping-pong table, drum set, and speaker – you can play here. There's also a 64 m² workshop room and an art gallery in the former stable, where something is regularly exhibited. The stable was created for people who want to create, not just lie around – although you can also lie in a hammock all day long.

Children have 2.7 hectares of fenced space to run around, trees to climb, and meadows to explore. Inside, there are toys and books for toddlers, children's bikes, and a fireplace with a screen. Ping-pong and drums are usually occupied by the little ones. Children up to 2 years of age are welcome free of charge.

Fiber optic and WiFi throughout the house, so remote work is hassle-free. You'll find workspace in both the living room and the 64 m² room, which is perfect for workshops or team retreats. Coffee from the espresso machine is included.
