At a glance
In this century-old cottage, every morning was filled with the frenetic bustle of baker Carl Koletzko; everything was whitened with flour, and the smell of baking bread wafted through the street. Today, we thrive on peace and music, and instead of bread, we bake equally aromatic pizza. But don't worry, you can buy fresh rolls at the local shop just a few steps away. In spring, the surrounding forests smell of wild garlic; in summer, guests lounge in hammocks, bringing each other only books from our library. Autumn and winter, on the other hand, are the best times to retreat to the workshop with its tiled stove and create. You can birdwatch with us any time of year (ask for binoculars; you don't even have to leave the garden) or explore the surrounding fields and forests in search of goats and horses (we have bikes; we'll suggest routes). After evening gatherings around the fire, which often lead to singing and making music together, you'll enjoy a restful night's sleep on buckwheat pillows and hemp bedding.
In addition to a relaxing space for a couple or a tight-knit quartet, we also have additional space for original workshops, music rehearsals, an intimate concert, women's circles, or an idyllic party. Just plan who you'd like to work with and on what, and we'll prepare a quiet, inspiring space for you.

Music is my daily rhythm – you can often hear the sounds of instruments wafting through the house or playing music together around the campfire. I find balance in yoga, which I treat not only as a physical exercise but also as a way to calm down and mindfulness.
I also love hunting at antique markets, where with patience and a collector's eye, I search for unusual objects with a history.
And in the evening? Pizza. Homemade, made with the finest ingredients, baked with love and shared over long conversations with my husband and children. For us, every day has its own rhythm: sound, movement, discovery, and flavor.
