Ahoy! Dock in Cuplu to see for yourself how the clear waters of the Bug River merge with the dark waves of the Narew and flow into Zegrze Reservoir. They used to be called Bugonarew or Narwiobug, and the Bug River is a testament to us that their proximity soothes the nerves like no other. You can head out to the water from our house in slippers, or perhaps even better, in fins or with a SUP under your arm. And if you're more into bubbles than river current, simply slip your foot straight into the jacuzzi. Just remember that in our climate, this pleasure is available from March to November.

If you don't have a few hours to travel to the seaside, you'll be happy to know that we're just a sailor's hat's throw from Warsaw. Just an hour away, and you can feel like you're in the seaside Hamptons, whose style guided me when decorating my home. Blues and grays are calming, bringing peace to the life of a weary city dweller, and instantly making a vacation more stylish. It's also a stylish idea to bring family and friends along to enjoy walks by the river, evenings on the terrace, and moments by the fire. Here, no crew member will complain about the conditions or the lack of activities. So what? Full speed ahead! Head for Cupel nad Zegrze.

Come visit this modern house for water enthusiasts, located less than an hour from Warsaw. The house has three bedrooms (each with a double bed), two living rooms (a large one downstairs and a smaller one on the mezzanine), one bathroom with a shower, and a pleasant, covered terrace with garden furniture. This terrace is the perfect place to spend summer evenings at the table, glowing with warm lights.

A group of six people will relax here most comfortably (therefore everyone will find their own space in the bedroom), but the house can accommodate up to nine guests. In addition to the bedrooms, we also have sofas for sleeping.

The house is surrounded by a green, fenced plot, making it a perfect place for dog owners and parents who won't have to worry about their children's safety. On the plot, next to the terrace, there's a jacuzzi with garden furniture and an umbrella. There's also a covered shelter where we store SUPs, paddles, and life jackets.

At Hampton, we don't oppose social gatherings; we just ask that your celebrations be private and not disturb our neighbors.

Hampton is located on the banks of the Bug River, but we are separated from the beach by a street that runs behind our fence. The street is small and not particularly noisy or busy. The neighborhood is quiet.

There's a grill and fire pit on site. Numerous restaurants are nearby, offering delivery or within walking distance.

Guests have access to stand-up paddleboards, and boat rentals are available nearby. The beach and volleyball court are a few dozen meters from the house. Guests can enjoy the charms of Zegrze Lake.

The house includes garden furniture, a jacuzzi, and loungers. The area is inhabited by numerous bird species. The house is surrounded by Bugonarew, where two rivers flow into Zegrze Lake.

On weekends from early June to mid-September, water buses run from Serock-Cupel-Arciechow, allowing you to sail around the reservoir. A free bus from Serock stops right in front of the house.

Near the house, there's a playground and a volleyball court. Board games and badminton are available. There's a beach nearby, and in Serock, there's a municipal beach with a pier and catamarans for lake crossings.
