Despite our name, no one here is down here. Rather, it's up here, humor-wise. Because how can you not smile when you can descend into the water in flip-flops faster than you can say "lake"? "Dół" is the codename for Lake Iława and the village that lies above it, and in our opinion, it's a misnomer, as for several years now, this area has been a source of joy for us. Its ingredients include walks in the woods, fishing, and watching nature change throughout the year. And then there's caring for a pack of curious cats. A simple life, yet comfortable and modern. On the hill above the lake, we've built three Scandinavian-style houses with comfortable interiors. We live at the end, behind a fence, while the two houses closer to the water are for our guests. And they, without boasting, call it paradise on earth. Who would have thought it could be found in a village called "Dół"?

Each of the two houses (Asher and Amber) is 80 m² and consists of three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one single bedroom). Additionally, the living room features a fold-out corner sofa or sofa bed, also suitable for two people. Both houses feature a large living room with a kitchen (approximately 40 m²) with a large, over 5-meter-high terrace window. There is also a bathroom with two sinks and a shower. A washing machine is also included.

The houses are located on Lake Iława, just a short walk from the water.

Our guests prepare their own meals; we provide a fully equipped kitchen. Our neighbor, Mrs. Basia, sells eggs from her hens. Of course, when the hens are in a good mood and laying eggs, things can be a bit different.

If you want to get bored with us, go ahead, that's a form of relaxation too :-) And if you enjoy nature, exercise, fishing, swimming or stand-up paddleboarding, walking or running in the forest, grilling and chilli – our place will make it all possible. You'll be down to the water in your flip-flops faster than you can say "lake." And when you get tired of our backyard Lake Iława, head out to explore the area, because there's no shortage of water and adventures here:

– Visit Iława for a walk along the boulevard by Jeziorak, and then to Mill Island – a green recreational area between Iława and the lake.
– Jump in a kayak and discover Jeziorak from the water. The longest lake in Poland has countless bays and islands to sail around.
– In Iława, board the Ilavia ship and see Wielka Żuława, Jeziorak's largest island, from the water.
– Walk along the Silm forest nature trail. This 1.8-kilometer loop trail, with information boards about the forest, leads to a forest lake.
- Head to Lake Jasne in the Iława Lake District Landscape Park. The water is exceptionally clear, and the forest trail also allows you to explore the neighboring Lake Czarne.
- Take a bike ride around Iława – local trails lead through forests, villages, and other lakes in the Iława Lake District.

The Dole field is a great place for a vacation with kids. In summer, the lake makes a great playground, especially when combined with SUP, which is already available on-site. We also have a playground for the little ones on the property. And alpacas live 3 km away. The children never tire of their company.

The dining room has a very large table that can be used as a workspace, and most importantly, we have fiber optic internet in our homes with speeds up to 300 Mbps. Come to workation!
