At a glance
You might be wondering where the number 1321 comes from in the name of my house. It's not like Leszcz is competing with Zawoja, which has over 2,300 houses, for the title of longest village in Poland. Our village boasts a rather long history. The first mentions of it date back to the Teutonic Knights, in 1321. However, life here went on long before knights began ruling these lands, as the Slavs built their stronghold on the site of present-day Leszcz between the 8th and 9th centuries.
But enough of history, let's focus on the here and now. And now it's a fairytale, because since I renovated my house on a promontory jutting out onto Lake Wielka Dąbrowa, you can relax in the village of Leszcz better than in a five-star hotel. Better because you don't have to share space with anyone, the comfortable interiors provide a pleasant experience, and what's more, everything is included in the price. There's a hot tub in front of the house, a dry sauna, and bicycles. And, of course, SUPs and a boat to enjoy the lake's proximity. You can paddle straight through the gate to the lake—a jetty nestled among the reeds already sways invitingly towards you from below. On the lake's shore, you'll also find a wooden platform with loungers, so you can soak up the sun while the water laps and read on a deckchair. How blissful, isn't it?

I am a lover of nature, beautiful places, and stories that deserve a second life. This is how my adventure with Leszcz1321 began – a unique house in Warmia, which I restored after over 30 years, preserving its unique character and atmosphere.
I created a place where I would love to relax. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by forests, by a lake, where the peace, quiet, and closeness to nature allow me to truly slow down.
I love active recreation, traveling, and discovering unique corners of the world. However, I believe that true luxury lies in time, space, and the opportunity to pause for a moment.
As a host, I pay attention to every detail to ensure my guests feel at ease, comfortable, and leave with wonderful memories.
Leszcz1321 is not just a house for rent. It's a place with soul, which I want to share with others.
