On the edge of the forest, on the outskirts of a small, quiet village within a landscape park overlooking the hilly panoramas of Podkarpacie, there is a hospitable wooden cabin, with blinking blue eyes. You can gain a lot here, but also lose... sleep problems, sense of time, dietary regime, head for alpacas, sometimes you can also lose cellular network coverage. The only thing left for you is a bag of beautiful memories.
A wooden cabin, so the place is breathtaking, and the time spent in this picturesque corner seems to stretch in a mysterious way. Next to it is the movie star Alpaczino, which is a nest for two. If you find yourself in Dyziówka, you have to be prepared for the fact that you will not be able to implement all your earlier plans, because you will waste a lot of time staring for hours at the mesmerizing views of the Pogórze or stroking alpacas. If at this time you taste the homemade liqueur that the hosts offer to everyone (whether you want it or not), you will only have time to visit the bedroom on the first floor. Here, however, the daytime regime will also get you. You will not be able to sleep under anything, but you will necessarily get a perfect Alpaca quilt made of alpaca fibre. Such holiday despotism is pure pleasure.
Make yourself comfortable in wooden huts that look like they have been there forever, and that's just an appearance. They were built by characteristic highlanders who used old beams and traditional methods of joining them. They put beautiful recycled tiles on the roof. First they built Dyziówka, and a few years later Alpaczino. Alpaczino neighbors with its older sister, Dyziówka, they are close to each other, but there is no risk that other guests will look into your plate through the windows.
Dyziówka is designed for 4 people (with two bedrooms in the attic), Alpaczino is a house for a couple (with a double bed).
Dyziówka:
The house has two double bedrooms in the attic. On the ground floor there is a living area with a comfortably equipped kitchenette for self-catering and a large bathroom with a shower, toilet and bidet. The house takes on a warm, cozy atmosphere from late autumn throughout winter thanks to the fire burning in the "goat" (it is also equipped with central heating). The cottage is stylishly furnished, furnished with antiques and decorated with trinkets from the interwar period, which together creates a unique atmosphere of the past years.
Alpacino:
It is intended for a couple and the configuration of this system depends only on you. However, you must feel comfortable with each other, because in the only bedroom there is a double bed. I equipped the entire house with original 100-year-old furniture, also the bed is old and therefore shorter than today. If you are taller than 185 cm, it may be tight. It may be tight, but it's definitely very comfortable. Duvets and pillows are filled with alpaca wool, which keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter.
The entrance to the house is straight from the terrace. After crossing the threshold, there is a small living room with a sofa connected to the kitchen with a dining table. There is also a wardrobe, and around the corner there is a bathroom with a large shower.
The bottom is yours, and the top (with a separate entrance from the outside) is my gallery of alpaca products. You can always go there and arm yourself with warm socks, hats, gloves, duvets and pillows with plain wool.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept you with four-legged pets due to the numerous animals in our habitat.
In winter, put practical decorations like snow chains on your car wheels or invest in a 4x4 car. It can be slippery here, and snowdrifts are waist-deep.
We give Dyziówka and Alpaczino exclusively and we also do this with the kitchen. It is technically and emotionally prepared to accept allergy sufferers and gluten-free people who have to cook for themselves. Everything that is usually needed for this is there. Ready for cooking and dining to eat together. We will also offer you a homemade dyziówka liqueur, which will allow you to warm up in winter and start the evening in summer.
Lovers of sweets do not need to be told twice. The chocolate bar in nearby Korczyn is Willy Wonka's dream. Follow the directions to the M.Pelczar Chocolatier.
If you are at odds with cooking, we can recommend you some good addresses in the area:
- Wine and Plates in Krosno is a great concept. A restaurant where tasting portions of food are served for PLN 10 per plate, and a sommelier selects wine for each of them (the prices of wine glasses vary).
- Taste Loom. The menu in the restaurant is very rich and changes seasonally. You can try there, for example, Polish vineyards or shrimps, but in fact the flagship dishes of Taste Krosno are beef cheeks and pizza. The entrecote steak is also served there seasonally.
- Old Lviv in Krasnaya is a unique place on the culinary map of Podkarpacie. You will eat there delicacies of Old Polish, Ukrainian, Georgian and Hungarian cuisine.
Every season is beautiful and windows perform better than a top quality plasma TV. In spring the painting is green and lush, dotted with the densely white flowers of blooming wild cherries. In summer, it gilds with fields of ripening cereals hidden among the rustling expanses of the forest. In autumn, it dazzles with the game of fiery red, orange and yellow of the Podkarpacie beech forest, which is already mature at this time of the year, and the subdued green of soaring fir trees. In winter, it glistens in the sun with snow slopes covering the fields and enveloping trees, on which colorful birds perch like Christmas decorations, tempted with delicacies prepared for them. Above all, at any time, the cottage is conducive to relaxation and peaceful contemplation of the beautiful, hilly panoramas of Podkarpacie (we know - we checked it by moving to this wonderful area for good).
The immediate vicinity provides unusual attractions. You do not have to be very lucky to see a herd of deer or a lonely goat rummaging in the vegetable garden at the edge of the forest or right next to the house.
Spring and summer may not be favorable for sleepyheads, as there are loud bird concerts from early dawn to dusk. In the nearby meadows, skittish hares are hopping, and spiny hedgehogs are walking. The farm is also home to nice animals that will be happy to make friends with anyone who takes a moment to learn about their habits. Fluffy alpacas are quite weird. They will gladly accept a handful of kale from you, allow you to stroke them and nibble the string hanging from the jacket.
Observation of the fauna and flora of the Subcarpathian region is favored by a long laziness in a comfortable, spacious gazebo, only a few steps from a wooden hut. Here you will also prepare an evening feast on the grate hanging over the fire, accompanied by the nearby rustling water, using natural, healthy delicacies in the kitchen, such as mushrooms collected in our forest, eggs from happy chanterelles, delicious cheeses and preserves prepared by local housewives according to their old recipes. grandmothers.
For those who do not want to stop definitively (or rather become completely lazy) and prefer more active forms of rest, hiking and biking tours, starting right behind the fence, and other attractions offered by the surrounding area will certainly be interesting. Sitting on the terrace with a glass of fine wine, you can see the mountain meadows, and with a bit of luck the Tatra Mountains
We encourage you to visit the Vineyard Widokowa in Kombornia. It is a unique place, situated on a slope with a breathtaking view.

Only a few kilometers from Dyziówka there is the "Prządki" Nature Reserve.
I know, I know how the alpacas are, but no children. Alpaczino is a house for a couple and there are no facilities for kids here. Our area is also not suitable for children. Pond, stone stairs, slippery wooden steps in the garden, plus alpacas that do not like to be overfed, but like to romp freely around the whole area. That is why we invite adults to Alpaczino.
