Legend has it that this land is ruled by the King of a Thousand Lakes, and his beautiful daughter Łyna comes to the surface every evening and listens to the singing of the poor fisherman, Jasiek. It is in these magical, mysterious circumstances that a brick house with history stands in the Barczewo town, somewhere between the Pisz and Tumiański lakes. On the slope with a wonderful view of the entire Tumianskie Lake, 14 people will find peace and quiet. Although Marian is not here, it is quite luxurious here. The old house with a soul has been embellished, modernized and now looks like it belongs in a magazine. Not only is the view of the lake worth every Swiss franc, but there's also a fireplace for cool evenings, a pier for lying flat like a pancake and a garden with blueberries and fragrant herbs. There are plenty of rivers in the area that connect the lakes, so kayaks are the perfect means of transport, the best breakfast is scrambled eggs with freshly picked chanterelles, and the plan for the evening is inherently associated with lighting a fire and waiting for shooting stars. We invite you to a private property, where good taste and peace reign, and the stillness is only occasionally interrupted by mosquitoes. Come and maybe you will hear the voice of Jaś carrying over the water, singing old Warmian songs.

WELCOME
In a modernized Warmian house located in a small tourist town. The interiors are decorated in a modern style with the use of wood, brick and the highest quality materials. We tried to make you feel really unearthly with us, so the interior design is surprising. The combination of modernity and Warmian tradition mean that every seeker of rest on the level will find full satisfaction here. At your disposal is a 300 m2 house with 7 bedrooms for 14 people. This is a place for true gourmets of life with a private pier and unlimited access to the lake. It is intimate, comfortable and blissful.

The house also has:
- a living room with a comfortable sofa, a fireplace and a view of the lake,
- 2 bathrooms with showers
- a dining room with a large oak table where 12 people can feast,
- a modern, fully equipped kitchen,
- a large 100-meter living room intended for a comfortable rest (on the first floor), with a billiard table, darts and a children's corner,
- terrace with sofas and a beautiful view of Lake Tumiańskie,
On the 15 ares plot there is:
- private jetty,
- playground in the garden,
- a place for joint integration by the fire,
For parents with children, we have the convenience of baby cots, baby bathtubs and baby chairs.

As for a modern house with all the luxuries, there is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal, where you can prepare a sumptuous party and a country feast with fish straight from the lake. You can serve dishes in the dining room with a large oak table, where 14 people can feast. We recommend you drink your morning coffee on the terrace, from which you can observe the entire panorama of Lake Tumiański and the surrounding forests. Evenings with wine, beer or lemonade should be spent by the fire, and in the off-season in the lounge by the fireplace.

If you play truant from cooking, we are pleased to inform you that our restaurant "Zapach Drewna" is in front of the house.
You will eat there, try our regional dishes, drink local drinks and have a rest with a good coffee :))))))
and we will serve you a delicious cake with coffee !!!

On arrival, the assessment of the situation is usually like this: we do not move every step of the way! A garden full of currants, blueberries and herbs evokes memories of holidays at grandma's in the countryside, except that my beloved grandma did not have direct access to the lake and the pier where you can sunbathe, jump into the water, and lie down at night and admire the sky crossing perseids.
Foggy mornings will be used by fishing fans and mushroom pickers who, instead of lounging until noon, breathe in the scent of the forest from dawn, listen to a bird concert and indulge in Masurian pleasures.
Imagine such an excellent situation: a fireplace, a lake, delicious food, a warm summer evening and total relaxation. Probably you need to take the correction for mosquitoes, but summer by the water has its own rules. This is what free time at Tumiana's House can look like.

In case of bad weather, there is a lounge in the attic at your disposal, where you can play billiards, play a round of darts, play puns, sit comfortably on the sofas and wait out the rain.

The canoe routes in our area are extremely picturesque. Carrying kayaks in Klimków or Zalesie will provide unforgettable memories. While paddling, you can watch nature in bloom, watch rare species of birds and spot beavers foraging. In the Camping Tumiany Holiday Resort you will find a kayak rental and specialists who will advise you on the route to choose:
- Dadaj-Tumiany - 13 km (duration about 4-4.5 hours),
- Tumiany-Barczewo-11km (duration 3-4h),
- Tumiany-Zalesie-Tumiany-so-called nut 14km (duration 4.5-5.5h),
- Barczewo-Wadąg-Olsztyn- 20 km (duration about 5-6 hours).

The area is amazing and it is worth getting to know it:

- Kierzbuń Stud, approx. 4 km,
- Church from the 18th century in Ramsów, approx. 7 km,
- Evangelical Church from 1925 in Rasząg, approx. 11 km,
- Regional Museum of Sąpłat, approx. 12 km,
- Horse Stud in Dąbrówka Mała, approx. 18 km,
- Neo-Gothic Sorkwity Palace, approx. 26 km.
It is also worth visiting Olsztyn, about 30 km away from us, and there are only attractions there.
Barczewo, called the Little Venice of the North, is approx. 14 km away and you can find there:
- Feliks Nowowiejski Museum,
- St. Anna,
- Synagogue.

Children can experience a truly carefree holiday in Tumiany. Right after breakfast, they run to the pier to soak their feet in the lake, while an inflatable crocodile is dried on the grass, and the hair is brightened by the sun. They practice patience and silence at sea, silence in the classroom and on the lake while fishing with their father, and they help their mother prepare chanterelles collected during the morning walk. They row in canoes, play in the playground in the garden, eat currants straight from the bush and play board games. During the rain, they play on the first floor of the house - they dance, organize frolics and certainly do not get bored.
