The idea is simple: it has to be local, made of the best local products, from reliable suppliers and friendly hosts. A bit traditional, sometimes vegan. We complement the offer with specialties from our Neighbours. There will be no shortage of goat or sheep cheese, and in the season fruit from our orchard - apples, pears, cherries, grapes.
The menu was prepared especially for us by Agata Zięba, the chef of Warsaw's Bibenda (human soul) - famous for its surprising flavor combinations, which you will also find out in Kwiecia.
Coffee from the espresso machine, a selection of teas, lemons, milk - also plant-based, are available for guests all day long
We invite you for slow-breakfasts and in the afternoons - for dinners and a little something :)
Slow-breakfasts are included in the price of the rooms. An optional Meat or Vegetarian Dinner served between 6.00 pm and 7.00 pm (main course, dessert, coffee and drinks) costs PLN 85 per person.
