At number 16, in a 200-year-old silk weavers' house, into which we breathed new life. We have made every effort and put a lot of heart into preserving the old atmosphere while maintaining the highest standards. Remember, however, that it is an old wooden house, so sometimes you can hear the household's footsteps, creaking or the sound of ceilings. We can accommodate a total of 26 people longing for silence and clean air in comfortable rooms for 2, 4 or 5 people. We are waiting with heavenly beds with a double mattress, a view of the Karkonosze and Jizera Mountains and a 100-meter terrace in selected rooms. For hedonists, there is an intimate SPA with a traditional Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a relaxation zone with a salt wall and an outdoor jacuzzi on the open-air terrace. Additionally, you can arrange relaxing massages. The SPA is included in the price, every evening. In addition to 7 rooms, there is a dining room where meals are served, a place for bicycles, skis and ski boots, and a relaxation area with sofas. In the living room, you can warm yourself by the fireplace and read. Our library is full of books and board games. There is also a games and entertainment room for children and adults, equipped with a large TV with an Xbox Kinect set, a retro Nintendo set and comfortable large pouffes. Access to hundreds of movies and online series included in the package, and for children there are many toys, blocks and a large wall for painting with chalk. Each room has single beds that can be easily joined into huge (180x200 cm) double beds, a modern bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi. ### SUMMER WITH ATTRACTIONS ### Only here, all attractions are available only to guests (outsiders are not allowed). We believe that the way to the heart is through the stomach, and delicious food brings people together and softens morals. We pamper you with local delicacies, rich breakfasts, and with the first lark we wake up with the smell of fresh bread and aromatic coffee. Our horse and great pride are filling breakfasts, which we serve in the form of a buffet from 8:00 to 10:00. Children will always find something they like to eat. Even the pickiest eaters eat until their ears tremble. We prepare dinners on selected days of the week: 2 dishes with compote (meat or vegetarian). During the day you can order soup or pancakes or use our home-made preserves. Other dishes will be served by 3 different restaurants. There is a coffee machine with sweets at your disposal all day long. At home, you can also use a small kitchenette to prepare small meals or baby food. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, small electric hob, saucepan and frying pan, as well as dishes, glass and cutlery. However, these are not conditions for preparing lavish dinners. We don't like half-measures and we cook for you just like we eat ourselves. We have vegetables, fruits and herbs from our own garden and ozonated ones from the store. We buy eggs from our neighbors in Gajówka and Młyńsk, from naturally fed hens, and we buy cheese from a friendly farm. The cold meats are real delicacies, and the real bread is baked by our neighbor Łukasz. We have chairs and plastic tableware for children. We try to prepare vegan dishes upon request. Notify us in advance. On selected days of the week we serve 2-course dinners with home-made compote. We serve them at 17-18, in low season from Tuesday to Saturday, winter holidays, June and September 1-15 from Monday to Saturday, and every day during holidays and long weekends. When ordering dinner, we add a discount to the reservation! It is possible to order meals in nearby restaurants/bistros. They will be delivered by one of the three restaurants we cooperate with.

As experienced travelers, we know what ingredients create a good rest. The recipe for the best vacation at home away from home is peace, bliss, overall well-being of the body and mind. Calming down thoughts and boredom are even advisable in times when we slowly forget what it is like to lie upside down. With us, you can spend your time on many activities or simply doing nothing. Some of our guests usually don't go anywhere, they just have a good rest in a large, ancient orchard and a garden with a pond. Our motto is "rest well", so we have prepared a few corners for you that will dispel boredom in the rain for a moment, integrate and diversify long autumn evenings. - play and games room for children and adults - bookcase, - a rack with numerous promotional materials: tourist leaflets, maps, books about the area, etc., - a multimedia room with Xbox kinect and TV 55 "and access to movies and series online, - retro games for Nintendo. The intimate SPA will provide relaxation in a traditional Finnish sauna and a steam bath. After the session in the sauna, you will rest in the relaxation area with a salt wall. On the SPA terrace you will watch the stars while lying in the jacuzzi, enjoying a massage. The house in the house lies within the "dark sky" with a cosmic view of the spilled milky way. Romantic star performances and catching a star from the sky on a deck chair is special here. Avid anglers and amateurs of silence with soaking the rod in the lead role can fish in our pond. We know what's up in the grass, where to go, what to see, where to eat and what routes to cover. We are happy to advise you on how to plan your day or go on a trip by bike or car. A small foretaste of the avalanche of attractions that await in the vicinity of Gajówka: - bicycle routes of the Izerskie Foothills, - walking, running and Nordic walking routes, - horse riding in Gajówka and ceramic workshops, - walks among the wild Rębiszów Ponds, - old mine in Rębiszów, - Gryf Castle, - the Proszówka chapel, - Kargul and Pawlak Museum in Lubomierz, - tenement ridge of the Izera Mountains - walks along designated routes in the secluded part of the Izera Mountains, - bicycle singles on the Polish side in Świeradów Zdrój and on the Czech side of Nove Mesto pod Smerkiem, - Świeradów Zdrój, which is a health resort with the longest pump room made of larch in Poland, is just 15 minutes drive from Dom w Domu. This is just a foretaste of attractions and entertainment, both small and large. However, the most important thing in Gajówka is peace, it is it that creates an unusual microclimate and makes you sleep deeper, and simple food tastes delicious.
