Location Polska, Mazury, Giżycko
Giżycko goes along a charming road, passes several friendly farms, until it reaches us, at the end, where there is an old house, barn and otherwise nothing stands, because everything else grows, runs, blooms and gives fruit. Children have smudged faces, cats are lying on the porch, the dog is alert to the situation and chickens are wondering what's going on. Man has the impression that there is nothing more, and if there is no, then we must be the center of the universe. Or not. Such (agro) riddle. We will welcome you on the doorstep, certainly with joy, we will definitely talk for a change, by ourselves, we already have it. For sure we will propose something to drink, we will give our own cheese, we will talk a bit and let you spend this time in your own way. We invite you to a place that is our Bullerbyn, a village interlude of urban history and a story about which one speaks with fondness.

Here Slowhop will describe your place

Monika i Maciek Lipińscy
A cheerful couple of people from Kętrzyn, who after years of sipping Guinness, returned to their homeland to brew their own beer. This is how Agrozagadka was created, a place among fields and lakes, where cheeses ripen without haste, vegetables are from their own garden, and children have their own Bullerbyn.

The house is a hundred-year-old pensioner. He was probably convinced that nothing more awaited him, he would spend time in peace and boredom until the end of the world. No way. We came here with family and we used supportive measures. Pensioner rocks like crazy, he looks like a fashion blogger and he does not intend to say goodbye to life. We have two rooms with bathrooms in the attic, a spacious living room with a fireplace, an old oak table and a kitchenette. We have restored the furniture by hand. Whitewashed rooms in the composition of wild flowers and oak additions smell the sweetness of spring and create a cozy atmosphere. There is a smell of apples from the orchard, and from the morning you can hear the sounds of nature. The view from the windows gives you enough excitement, so we got rid of the TV. The apartment upstairs has a separate entrance on the side of the building.

What will I eat?

Go to photo editor Photo edit

We serve breakfasts and dinners upstairs by an old oak table or sometimes under the shelter. We bake bread, make our own cheeses and yogurts, brew homemade beer. We run after hens and fry the best omelettes in the area. In jars we close all fruits from our orchard, to discover the flavors of summer again in the winter. We will cook an original vegetarian dinner and for dessert we will give a homemade cake with fresh sour milk from our neighbors' cow.

Agrozagadka is located near the Great Masurian Lakes Route. The Boczne lake is closest. In addition to beach and swimming, we recommend: - volleyball court - a kayak, boat and sailing boat rental - playground for the youngest sunbathers - we invite you to explore the surrounding areas by bicycle routes. Jedwiekladami reach the ruins of old farms and places that are not on the map. For runners we have prepared special routes. - Even closer to nature, we invite you for canoeing trips along the Krutynia or Sapina rivers, accompanied by birds and forest views. -The round stables offer riding lessons for children, and saddle fans can go for longer trips We love learning new things and we are happy to share our experience, which is why we organize meetings and workshops in our yard. So far we have shown how to make your own beer, create natural cosmetics and conjure up homemade cheese.

What’s there for children?

Go to photo editor Photo edit

Agrozagadka is simply a full-blown love. You can run after chickens, roll in the grass and disappear for half a day. We also have a playground, colorful hammocks and strawberries. There are kites, we have several bikes for family trips, and we spend summer days by the lake. Our four-legged family member runs around the garden. Luba looks after the company and nothing surprises. For kids, we have a travel cot, a wooden feeding chair and rockers.

To taki ogólny zarys klimatu w Agrozagadce. Chleb własnego wypieku rewelacyjny - sprężysty i wilgotny w środku, skórka wypieczona, pachnie zakwasem. Sery własnego wyrobu palce lizać, jajka pod różnymi postaciami (świetna szakszuka), świeża zielenina/warzywa z ogrodu, placuszki, naleśniczki, zawsze jakaś smakowita vegepasta do chleba, ziołowe napary. Pasję kulinarną widać i czuć.

Własne sery, pasztety, przeciery, powidła, a i napar z ziół zebranych w ogrodzie, to coś w dzisiejszym świecie rzadko spotykanego.

Świetne miejsce - Maciek i Monika stworzyli prawdziwy dom, w którym witają gości całym sercem. Klimat domowy i rodzinny, jeśli ktoś szuka dużego hotelu to radzę inne miejsca. My będziemy wracać.
