Just a few moments away from the hustle and bustle of the city, 6 km from Oborniki Śląskie, in the valley of the Struga stream, there is a charming family hotel reminiscent of the Gasthaus in mountainous Austria. Instead of the sharp peaks of the Alps, we are surrounded by the green Trzebnickie Hills, but we tried to replicate the architecture and atmosphere of the Austrian guesthouses authentically. Open, family-oriented and hospitable, because such values are also guiding us - the hosts.
The name Academy is not coincidental. We have always dreamt of creating a place full of passion, education and development. Here you can actively relax, learn something new every step of the way, experience barefoot trail walking, wine tasting, try your hand at archery, cycle the Oak Trail, use over 600 muscles during Nordic Walking, build a fishing rod on your own, take your first steps on the court, throw a basketball like Gortat, or hit a ball into a hole like Woods. Our first academy was a natural choice - horses. They occupy a lot of space in our hearts and are now also on the 20 hectares of land around the Academy. You can often see them galloping through the surrounding meadows with their manes flowing.
Our patch of land in the Kocie Góry ("Cat Mountains") is like a handy time machine. Although it is only twenty kilometres from Wrocław, it will let you gently drift away from reality. You can admire the surroundings from the vantage point on the Gnieździec Mountain, spend valuable time with your loved ones, relax in the brine graduation tower, take part in bread baking workshops, educational activities in the forest, regional wine academy. It is our workshops that we call Academies. You can taste dishes prepared by our Chef from regional and local products or simply sit in a comfortable "Ushatek" armchair with a good book (we have about 4000 of them) and a glass of excellent wine from our cellar.
Guests and visitors. Mothers and daughters, fathers and sons - if your week is rushing by at the speed of a rollercoaster and you have no time for yourself, come and join us. Kuraszków Academy is a brilliant place to slow down and catch up with the rushing time.
In Lower Silesia, in the small village of Kuraszków, surrounded by loess ravines, mountains and beautiful views. There are 17 comfortably furnished double rooms waiting for you in the main building of the Academy.
In addition, in the building of the guesthouse we have 8 rooms for you, including two rooms for 4 persons and two rooms for 6 persons and 4 double rooms. Most rooms have sofa beds for an extra person.
Each of the rooms has its own bathroom with shower, large and comfortable bed, desk, coffee table, telephone and TV.
Although we are in the countryside, all rooms in the main building are air-conditioned and have wireless internet, stylish paintings are hung on the walls, and the whole is complemented by the ubiquitous wood that gives a stable chic. We took care of the highest standard and that it would be beautiful for you here.
There are also two clubs in the main building - one for adults, where you can lie down comfortably on a sofa, read a good book, from our 5000 bookcase. For our little ones we also have a club called "club", where kids can find lots of toys, stuffed animals, games or coloring books.
Our hotel Lobby is also a place where you can hide away from the hustle and bustle of the city and contemplate moments while sipping good wine or delicious whiskey.
We also offer our restaurant, where a team of experienced chefs prepares dishes based on our vegetable garden, cultivated by Mr. Tadeusz, who looks after our vegetables and herbs every day.
In the basement of the Academy you will find a wine bar for true connoisseurs. Our body space is adjacent to the wine cellar - a graduation tower, a Finnish sauna and a steam sauna.
We invite you with pets, we love them. Remember, however, that we have horses, so your pets must accept even-hoofed horses.
Kuraszowskie specialties from our restaurant. A team of experienced chefs prepares dishes from local products and vegetables straight from our garden, cultivated by Mr. Tadeusz. We follow the slow food principle and prepare everything at the time of ordering. Seasonal dishes land on the table, e.g. beetroot, spinach and ricotta ricotta with butter sauce, halibut with creamy puree and grilled vegetables, wild boar dumplings with chanterelle sauce, cold cheesecake with orange and strawberry mousse.
Mr. Andrzej delivers his oils to our restaurant, who presses them and prepares them in various variants. We also cooperate with the Sznajder farm. Mr. and Mrs. Sznajder prepare their silage, known in Lower Silesia, for us. We use them to prepare the pickled cucumber cream.
Our Russian dumplings, which you will have the opportunity to eat, are made by Ala and Krysia masterfully from flour from the Skokowa mill. The honey on the morning table comes from Zuzia's apiary located near Kuraszków.
We prepare our special "Hetman" bread with rye sprouts on site. We also smoke cold cuts and prepare sausages ourselves.
We serve breakfasts every day at the price of rooms: during the week from 7:30 to 10:30, on weekends from 8:30 to 10:30. You can order other meals à la carte in the restaurant. The restaurant prepares and serves meals in the following hours:

Relaxation Academy invites you to its doors. Here, rest has nothing to do with boredom, exercise is our favorite form of spending free time, and the surrounding mountains provide fresh air and new ideas for a lab.
For householders, we have attractions located in the main building, such as a graduation tower, saunas, a wine cellar or a cavernous library. 5000 books, shelves for aging wines from around the world, a gym where you can play a game of basketball, volleyball or badminton. There are ladders on the walls for stretching, exercising, hanging, and climbing. These are many reasons to ward off boredom, and we have planned most of our attractions outside, in the bosom of nature.
On our almost 20 ha area you will find two riding arenas (including one roofed) where you can learn to ride a horse. And the horses are our horse. It was the first attraction at the Academy and definitely the closest to our heart. We treat animals as family members, and our instructors, Mrs. Wiktoria and Mr. Bartłomiej, make sure that both parties (the rider and the horse) feel comfortable during the lessons. We teach beginners and advanced riders, we can teach you to jump or conduct hippotherapy classes. Our horses like to prance and walk freely without saddles, which is why the pastures at the Academy are a paddock for horses. The nearby meadows are the same place where horse riding lessons take place.
In the central part of our park there is a tennis court, where you can play a match in peace and quiet on a brick surface. Nearby you will find bonfire and grill stations.
There are two ponds in the vicinity of the buildings, one of which is stocked with fish, so you can soak your fishing rod from dawn to dusk. We have prepared fishing spots for you. After prior notification, you can take part in the Fishing Academy, during which our trainer will talk about fishing equipment, show you how to cast the groundbait and how to release the fish you catch. But it is not everything. Together we will build our own fishing rod. We will use a crafted stick and fishing line for this and we will be able to boast of new skills.
We have Nordic walking equipment and a dozen or so bicycles that you can rent on site. We have also prepared bicycle routes and special maps.
You can leave your shoes in the room and go with us to Kuraszkowskie Bose Paths, which is our Academy of Senses. There are two paths in Kuraszkowo. The first one is next to the sports field at ul. Dębowa, and the other, 320 m long, next to the Youth Hostel.
For organized groups:
Our animator for organized groups can conduct a forest field game or organize a Happy Farmer Relay for you. We will take you on a canoe trip and a carriage ride, and if you are looking for competition, we will prepare an archery tournament.

What’s there for children?
For our youngest we have prepared a large playroom with countless toys, games and puzzles. It is here that children do not get bored during rain.
There are several ponies in our stud where we can show the children for a short walk. Wiesiek, Joke, Lolek are perfect companions for kids and have their loyal fans.
In case of bad weather for larger groups of children, our animator will conduct games and games in the gym.
Additionally, during the summer and winter camps we organize for children and teenagers, culinary workshops with our chefs are organized. Please confirm all attractions in advance with the reception staff before your arrival. You will be sure that everything goes according to plan, that the ponies are saddled and that the animators are there.
