Driving here from the city, the first thing that comes to mind is 'What a village!' We are not offended at all because our glade, on the banks of the inconspicuous Turka river, is a village in its entirety. There is only the wind whistling and making waves on the cornfields, frogs croaking like through a loudspeaker, birds waking us up at dawn with their morning radio programme and the beauty of Mazovian landscapes surprising us. As it turns out, there is no need to escape from the capital to Masuria for peace and quiet. It is enough to take a train between Dworzec Zachodni - PKP Świercze. An hour later, you are in the middle of a field in the village of Klukówek.
Here, on 3.3 hectares of meadows, we have created a luxurious camp. 7 yurts heated by stoves, with their own kitchens, bathrooms and beds with direct access to the stars. In the morning, a basket full of eco-friendly delicacies will be waiting for you on the porch, so you don't have to worry about breakfast. If that wasn't enough, you could relax in the Forest Spa, where evenings are spent in a hot tub and cool mornings in the sauna with herbal aromatherapy straight from our garden. Bring your swimwear, as you can take a run up to the eco pool from the yurts. Splash!
If you are still bored, you can jump into the saddle and take a horse riding lesson, do some gymnastics in the forest park, touch the dew on the grass with your bare feet, munch on vegetables straight from the bed and smell the field flowers, see the roe deer and a couple of cranes in the bushes of the Turka floodplain. Pack your bags and head for the meanders of the Sona and Wkra rivers.
Between fields and meadows, by the backwaters of the Turka River, not far from the Sona, Wkra, Narew and Bug rivers winding through Mazovia. You already know that we are surrounded by rivers on every side, as well as idyllic landscapes. We are only an hour's drive from Warsaw, and life here is completely rural. Walks, bike trips along forest paths, swimming in the eco-pool, lounging in deckchairs, relaxing in the sauna and Russian bath. You can look into our permaculture garden and pick a strawberry from the bush, pull out a radish for dinner, or pick herbs.
On a 3.3 hectare area, away from the hustle and bustle of tourists, we have 7 yurts for you, each for a maximum of 4-5 people. Their shape and space ensure harmony and release good energy for relaxation.
The yurts are equipped with a kitchenette and a private bathroom with a shower. Inside you will find two comfortable beds, and the sky bed, due to its width of 180 cm, can accommodate at least 2 people. Yurts are surrounded by nature all around.
All those who seek true contact with nature can feel a taste of its power, falling asleep under the skylight of the yurt with a view of the full sky.
On the premises of Ale - Wioska you will find:
Eco-recreational pool with a paddling pool
Forest Spa with a sauna and Russian banya
A place for a barbecue and a bonfire
Permaculture garden
Two steps away, in the Turkolandia recreation park open to the local community, you will find:
- Beach volleyball court - Educational trail
- Bike jumps
- A place for a bonfire with the possibility of preparing meals in a cast iron cauldron
We also encourage you to try your hand at horseback riding. We cooperate with the nearby Jawa stud farm. All of this, of course, is by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
Guests looking for a different experience, i.e. loud music, night singing or parties, we have to disappoint. You will not find a night club here, and we will even beg you and remind you that we have a night silence.
Only good quality, local products, which in the low season from October to April we will bring to you in a breakfast basket directly to the door of the yurt. In the high season from May to the end of September we offer buffet breakfasts, which you will eat under the gazebos by our eco-kitchen. During breakfast you will be accompanied by singing birds and the Masovian fields and meadows. On the table or in a basket you will find specialties of local cuisine, fragrant bread, eggs from hens running freely in the yard, cheese, honey and regional cold cuts. The kitchenette in the yurts is just right for putting an egg in a pan, preparing dinner or serving a cheese board. That is why we also invite you to take advantage of our home-cooked dinners prepared on site from products from our garden, the nearby forest or from local suppliers.
Boredom in a yurt is impossible. Since you can already see the stars, the clouds flowing and the rain pounding in the skylight from the position lying in bed, it can only get better. Sleeping in such a tent is an attraction itself, and there are even more of them outside. On our property, which on one side reaches the Turka River backwaters, and on the other is surrounded by forest, we have a modern eco-recreational pool for you, which has a paddling pool. You can dive, bathe in the rain, rest in the shallows and swim.
After a day full of doing nothing or active rest, visit the Forest Spa with a sauna and a Russian banya heated with wood. The smell of burning wood, warm water, green landscape, the rustle of trees will put you in a nice, blissful mood of rest and relaxation. In addition, aromatherapy in the sauna with herbs from our ecological garden and life becomes more beautiful. Our motto is harmony with nature and this is the rest we offer.
You can go for a walk between the grain fields, and when the village finally comes out, jump to Warsaw.
Guests can also use the gazebos, the barbecue and bonfire area, the hammocks, deckchairs or spend time actively on bike trips or kayaking on the charming Wkra River.
Start the rafting in Joniec and row to Pomiechówek. The route is pleasant, the river is clean and shallow (in summer), so it is also ideal for family rafting with small children. It is 26 km long, so depending on your strength and skills, you should allocate 6 to 8 hours for it. For those who hold their heads when they hear 26 km, there are also shorter sections. There is no room for boredom during the rafting. The "Wkra Valley" landscape reserve, located along the Wkra River between Szczypiorno and Kosewek, is one of the most interesting natural attractions on this section. Before setting off, it is worth taking something to eat and plenty to drink in your backpacks for the journey.
Our answer to the problems and worries of today's world is horses. They calm you down, let you feel the wind in your hair and closeness to nature. Both advanced and beginners can take advantage of riding at the nearby Jawa stables.
For more water and water sports, head to Nowe Miasto. There, on the Sona River reservoir, you can swim, rent a water bike, sunbathe on the beach, and have a drink at a beach bar.
What’s there for children?
All children will have plenty of space to play in the clearing and crazy attractions in the forest playground in Turkolandia. They will get dirty, scuffed, wet very quickly, and then it will be even more fun. In the Forest Recreation Park there is a rope park, a nature educational path, a volleyball court, bike jumps, swings, and a mini sandbox.
In addition, or perhaps above all, they can use the recreational eco-pool with a paddling pool, and relax with their parents in the Forest Spa, bathing in a Russian banya heated with wood. In the nearby town of Nowe Miasto there is a guarded swimming area on the Sona River. Another attraction is a kayaking trip on the picturesque Wkra River.
You can also take your children on a bike trip, a walk around the area and the forest, and on trips to regional museums or sightseeing in Warsaw. The ride by Koleje Mazowieckie to the city center takes only 45 minutes.
