Kornaje Apartments are situated in a picturesque corner of the Pieniny Mountains, in Jaworki near Szczawnica. They were created out of love for these magical surroundings and from dreams of creating a unique and perfect place for families and friends to relax. Two cozy houses are adjacent to four nature reserves, encouraging you to enter one of the most beautiful of them - Biała Woda.
Dear Wanderer - we present to you the naturally beautiful landscapes of the Pieniny Mountains, including apartments with terraces and an unforgettable view from the windows. The outdoor swimming pool in summer, snow and proximity to the ski slope in winter, and a wonderful silence, broken only by singing birds and neighing horses.
There are twin apartments in two buildings:
4 single-level apartments for 4 people
(bedroom, living room with an equipped kitchenette, bathroom, access to a spacious terrace where you can have breakfast outdoors, or watch the children on the playground while drinking coffee)
2 duplex apartments for 8 people
(living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace, balcony, fireplace)
The apartments are spacious and you can spend time in them, although we recommend staying outdoors, by the pool, in a covered barbecue hut, or simply on the terraces or lawn.
We do not serve food, but we know the menu of local restaurants and pubs very well. We also know where to go to find delicious sheep's cheese (oscypek, bundz or bryndza), homemade eggs, cow's milk or honey. The apartments also have a fully equipped kitchen, and outside, a summer kitchen under the roof, equipped with a grill and everything you need for a long feast.
There are three nature reserves within a kilometer from the apartments. In the immediate vicinity there is a reserve of Biała Woda, where scenes for Janosik were created. Right next to the mysterious Homole Gorge, which was once swarming with treasure hunters, the Zaskalnik waterfall, Trzy Korony, the Sokolica peak and Zamkowa Góra mountain.
For slightly older children, there are rope parks, a gravity slide, or a downhill ride on roller monsters, and an outdoor swimming pool in the apartments.
For athletes, there are several ski stations, rafting and kayaking on the Dunajec and solid trekking.
For music and art lovers, the legendary Muzyczna Owczarnia located 400 meters from us, hosting such musical personalities as Oddział Closed, Budka Suflera, Piotr Wyleżoł Trio, Pilichowski Band, Nigel Kennedy, Hiram Bullock, Jarosław Śmietana, Hanna Banaszak, Griff Hamlin and many others, excellent performers.
What’s there for children?
In our apartments, every child will find something for themselves .... a playground, a swimming pool, a hiding place among trees, cones, pebbles of various shapes and what is certain, a great team of peers with whom they will not want to part with leaving :)
What’s there for employees?
Each of our spacious apartments has a sofa and a table with 4 chairs. In apartment number 6 there is a large table for about 8 people. There are four wooden benches in the covered porch with fireplace. Garden furniture/sun loungers by the pool.
