In Świnoujście, on the banks of the Świna River, you will find the Land of 44 Islands. The back delta of the Świna River is unique in Europe and was created by the seawater flowing into the Szczecin Lagoon. It is sweet, salty, windy, sunny, wet, humid, endangered species of birds have their oasis here, and water sports enthusiasts come here as soon as the air temperature exceeds 10 degrees plus.
Welcome to the Baltic Yacht House, a house that will delight sailors (you can moor right under the house), kayakers, anglers, sunbathing enthusiasts, ornithologists, fans of fresh fish from the boat and those who like nature rather than kitsch. You will find us on an island, one of 44 floating in the area, between the Szczecin Lagoon and the Baltic Sea, right on the banks of the Gęsia River (a branch of the Old Świna). On the right you can admire Koprzykowskie Łęgi island, a wide riverbed of the Świna, floodplains and further the Kasiborska Kępa island, on the left the Wydrza Kępa island, Koński Smug and Lake Wicko Wielkie. It is not far from here to the Baltic Sea, the Wolin National Park and the Szczecin Lagoon. Here you are served by an unbeatable view, a private jetty, a house with panoramic windows, exclusive kayaks, jumping into the water, green grass, a terrace and a piece of garden. The waterways will take you to our pier, even from Berlin or any marina in the Baltic Sea.
From the pier, you can observe the largest habitat of White-tailed Eagles in Europe. During your morning coffee, time stands still, and mists drift over the surrounding wetlands. You can't see anything like it. And a good thing too.

Husband of a wonderful wife and father of two exceptional sons. We live with our family in sunny Spain, where we have the opportunity to fulfil our passion for water sports. We also love travelling, and although we have visited many countries and continents, we are always drawn to the Polish sea like a magnet. That is why we fulfilled our dream of creating an oasis of peace by the water, where we enjoy the view of the National Park, greeting sailors and kayakers passing in front of the house and spend time actively. We designed the house ourselves, combining solutions we've picked up on our travels. We invite you to our window on the lagoon. You have not seen something like this before.
