BioRezydencja is a bit off the beaten track of Świeradów Zdrój, a city with such air that people write about it all over Europe. This is probably why we chose this 225-year-old house with a courtyard like from one from an Italian movie and an atmosphere like from a Spanish novel. We were looking for a quiet wilderness to organize a sanatorium for the body and soul. A place that will be a real, spiritual SPA, where you can achieve balance, you can dance, levitate, sing and meditate. Drink crystal clear water, eat clean and think about good things.
We invite you to a beautiful place where Napoleon himself was supposed to sleep, good things happen, positive people meet, eat together, talk to each other, and if you are fed up with all of this - you can go to the mountains. On foot or on skis. And there is peace around and within ourselves.
The building is over 250 years old, and after 5 years of renovation, it got a completely new life, although the interior somewhat refers to the old times. We finished it using ecological materials so that you can breathe calmly and healthily. We heat it ecologically and clean it ecologically, thus respecting both the House and its guests. We also spend time together in a professionally sounded theater room, equipped with blankets for relaxation, in the attic and everything else for which a wooden floor with an area of 160 square meters will be useful - yoga, dance, workshops, meditation.
At BioRezydencja we practice vegan and vegetarian cuisine. We do our best to ensure that the products for the kitchen come from places where neither people nor animals are in a hurry. We will try to serve food on time :) All so that guests leave not only more rested, but also better nourished.
Please inform us in advance about food intolerances and special diets. We will try to make your culinary history in BioRezydencja something worth remembering.

The apartments have fully equipped kitchens, so you can also cook whatever you want.
There is Cafe Wolna on site, offering raw, sugar-free, gluten-free and chemical-free cakes - although lovers of "classic" cakes will also find something for themselves.

- Świeradów-Zdrój is a well-known holiday resort located in the heart of the Jizera Mountains. This is a charming mountain range in the Western Sudetes, not yet discovered by mass tourists. Here you can breathe and listen to the mountains themselves

- the workshop and conference room located in the attic of BioRezydencja is our great advantage. BioRezydencja is much more than just an accommodation facility. In addition to space and conditions for rest, we also offer a well-equipped place for work, meetings and creative activities. Our spacious workshop room is a space teeming with life both during events organized by us and those that our guests want to organize.
- the strongest stone circle within a radius of 1000 km - PLACE OF POWER. There is an international scale for dowsing measurements on which dowsers can determine how high and how positive the vibrations are in a given place. According to this scale, the average positive, very beneficial vibrations for our body in a meadow, garden, or forest lie in the range of 10 to 15 thousand units of the BSM scale. If you live in a house built on a plot with vibrations of 12-13 thousand, you can call yourself lucky. This affects your well-being, rest, sleep and overall health. From 18 thousand units upwards, there are unique, very favorable places for people looking for relaxation, silence and concentration. Our circle was placed in such a positively vibrating area. Thanks to the knowledge and technology of setting stones, we have created a field of increased vibrations on our earth, which has a relaxing and calming effect. What’s there for children?
The bio-residence is child-friendly. We have a wild meadow to the horizon for the kids, and a small play corner for uncertain weather days.
What’s there for employees?
Our heads and spaces are open to many different possibilities to adapt to your work. Everything depends on the number of people, length of stay or type of meeting. The workshop room (160m2) has a sound system, projector, flipchart and folding chairs or cushions for meditation.
In a very large dining room with tables that can be combined or separated as you like, you can work alone or in teams. We also have apartments (from 2 to 9 people), where you can work at desks, tables, on the sofa, and if necessary, we will provide folding tables and chairs. Do we also provide silence in the set? It depends on the occupancy, but our house is 1700m2, so if there is a need, a quiet place will also be found.
