BioRezydencja is a bit off the beaten track of Świeradów Zdrój, a city with such air that people write about it all over Europe. This is probably why we chose this 225-year-old house with a courtyard like from one from an Italian movie and an atmosphere like from a Spanish novel. We were looking for a quiet wilderness to organize a sanatorium for the body and soul. A place that will be a real, spiritual SPA, where you can achieve balance, you can dance, levitate, sing and meditate. Drink crystal clear water, eat clean and think about good things.
We invite you to a beautiful place where Napoleon himself was supposed to sleep, good things happen, positive people meet, eat together, talk to each other, and if you are fed up with all of this - you can go to the mountains. On foot or on skis. And there is peace around and within ourselves.
You'll relax in the Bioresidency – a house with a soul that combines history with nature and tranquility. Our building is over 250 years old, and after five years of renovation, it has been given a new lease of life, finished with eco-friendly materials so you can breathe peacefully and healthily.
Here, you can slow down. Stroll through four hectares of meadows and forests, following well-mown meditation paths. Work in the café or on the couch in the common area – perfect for combining relaxation with workation. Hang in a hammock, meditate in the stone power circle, and chill in the evening in the sauna or hot tub.
If you're looking for a space for practice or exercise, you can use our 160 m² professionally sound-enabled workshop room (if not currently booked by a group), equipped with yoga mats, meditation cushions, and relaxation blankets – perfect for yoga, dance, meditation, or workshops.

At BioRezydencja we practice vegan and vegetarian cuisine. We do our best to ensure that the products for the kitchen come from places where neither people nor animals are in a hurry. We will try to serve food on time :) All so that guests leave not only more rested, but also better nourished.
Please inform us in advance about food intolerances and special diets. We will try to make your culinary history in BioRezydencja something worth remembering.

The apartments have fully equipped kitchens, so you can also cook whatever you want.
There is Cafe Wolna on site, offering raw, sugar-free, gluten-free and chemical-free cakes - although lovers of "classic" cakes will also find something for themselves.
We are located in the heart of the Jizera Mountains, in picturesque Świeradów-Zdrój – a charming range of the Western Sudetes still largely undiscovered by mainstream tourism.

A stone power circle – the strongest within a 1,000 km radius, with positive vibrations of 700,000 BSM, perfect for relaxation, tranquility, and recharging. You can walk through it on your own or with our guidance.
A 160 m² workshop and conference room – bustling with activity both during our events and those hosted by guests. Equipped with yoga mats, meditation cushions, and blankets for relaxation.
Massages and Breathing Sessions – If you let us know in advance, we can provide Holistic Harmonizing Massage, Fascial Massage, Lomi Lomi Nui, Kobido, and stamp massage (details available on-site).

Salamandra Outdoor Pool – right in front of the house, open from mid-June to mid-September. Three pools (sports, recreational, and a children's pool), a waterslide, beach volleyball court, and a spacious lawn for relaxing and admiring the mountain views.

Kwisa Waterfalls – a 15-minute drive, perfect for a day trip.
Hiking and trekking trails – both near the Biorezydencja and throughout the Jizera Mountains.

Salamandra Municipal Pool – right in front of the building is a modern swimming pool complex, open from mid-June to mid-September. It consists of three pools: a sports pool, a recreational pool, and a paddling pool, as well as a waterslide, a beach volleyball court, and a spacious lawn perfect for relaxing and admiring the mountain views.
Mini Golf – nearby (parking lot at Piwniczka u Wioli) there's a mini golf course, providing great outdoor fun for children and adults alike.
Sky Walk – an impressive observation tower with wooden walkways and mesh tunnels, leading to a glass platform overlooking Świeradów-Zdrój and the Jizera Mountains. For the brave, a slide is an additional attraction.
Gondola Lift to Stóg Izerski – a comfortable gondola lift that takes you up to Stóg Izerski. The views are breathtaking, and the journey takes only 8 minutes, making it an attraction for both children and adults.
Playground – Świeradów-Zdrój boasts several modern playgrounds, including those on Chrobrego, Stokowa, and Krótka Streets, as well as the mini golf course.
