To get here, you have to deviate a bit from the main road and get lost between the trees, hills and valleys. This is how you get to the very edge of Bukowiec - a small Lower Silesian village at the foot of the Karkonosze Mountains. In the Middle Ages, knights fought with swords and kidnapped princesses, and in the 18th century, Count Friedrich Wilhelm von Reden polished the existing manor, created one of the most beautiful parks in Prussia, and made sure that the village turned into an important centre of cultural life. Those times are gone and now you can come to Bukolik for peace, beautiful views of the surrounding area and paella.
The name is not accidental and it combines our roots. Bucólic in Catalan, bukolika in Polish, joined together form BUKOLIK. According to the dictionary, it is "a poem that ideally presents the charms of rural life". And that's how it is. Wooden houses, giving complete freedom, refer to the design and colour of traditional shelters in the Karkonosze Mountains. There is a pond here where you can lay out deckchairs and read books. There is a forest with berries, lilies of the valley or wild mushrooms. Children have all the space to discover nature and an intimate place to play.
And if you need something, we are always there, for better and for worse. Any problem or advice in navigating the area - we will do everything we can to help. We invite you.
Two intimate huts are identical, differ only in colors, hence the names: Domek Czerwony and Domek Zielony. The houses have a living area, which consists of a kitchenette, dining room and living room with a terrace and a night area - two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each of the two bedrooms has its own mezzanine, which can be accessed by stairs (quite steep) visible in the photos. There is space for two people on the mezzanine. The idea was to create two family rooms where parents could sleep downstairs and children upstairs, or vice versa. Come in a group of 6. We can host 8 people, but only if they are families with children.
Distribution of houses:
- living room with tv and goat
- a fully equipped kitchenette,
- a bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with two single beds,
- a bedroom with a single bed (foldable) and a mezzanine with two single beds,
- bathroom with shower.
For your convenience, we always provide fresh linen and towels. Do not worry about contact with the world, you will catch wifi in the houses.
Bukolik area is completely fenced. There are two parking spaces next to each of the houses. In the garden you will find a playground, a fireplace and a quite large pond.
Despite our sincere love for pets, we do not accept animals.
Our motto in life is freedom and independence, so you can rule, cook and cook delicacies in every house. A 4-burner gas cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator and all kinds of equipment such as pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. are designed for this. We do not have an oven, but from our short experience there is not much demand for it. But there is everything you can eat on - large and small plates, glasses, bowls, cutlery, etc.
And most importantly, if anything is missing or a special need arises - we are there and we will always help.

What’s there for children?
Bukolik is a childish settlement. Parents will surely be interested in the fact that from the terrace there is a great view of the yard, so you can always keep an eye on kids who run with a ball, jump on a trampoline or play on the playground.
The enormous garden, surrounding forests and hills, which trigger wild nature and crazy ideas, are especially fun. They soak their hands in the pond, pick up stones and make towers from them, watch walnuts grow, pick berries, make snowmen and sledge. After a whole day of frolicing, it is worth warming up your cold feet by the fireplace and drying your wet clothes. Then it's time for stories about yeti, Janosik and Rumcajs.
There are plenty of attractions in the area that will ensure your children have unforgettable holiday memories. You can go rafting or a boat trip in the large pond of the Bukowiec Park.
