At a glance
600 metres from the border of the Stołowe Mountains National Park, there is a 100-year-old Sudeten house, restored, connected with a loft-style barn - Centrum Łąkowa 1.
Silence, a large meadow around, beautiful views of the mountains, local sandstone, 100-year-old bread oven, open space in the living room with a huge table where guests gather for breakfast and evening talks. And there is something to talk about. We like to talk about the area, the borderland, the mountains and running, and most of all about the history of the house in Łąkowa. In the 1930s, it was already home to summer visitors who visited the then resort of Wünschelburg in large numbers with its famous swimming pools and mountain hiking trails. We are happy to advise everyone where to go, which route to choose, where to run, where to bike, what time, difficulty, elevation.
We like it very much when our guests in the evenings tell us about their adventures, share their experiences (not only in the mountains) and make new friends. Dogs roam among people, sometimes you can hear the barking, and during numerous ultra runs in this area, when Łąkowa turns into a runner's house, you can hear applause for runners returning from the route.

We are on-site, we want to get to know our guests better (always ready to talk and participate)
We are lovers of mountains and history enthusiasts who – in search of their own place on Earth – left Krakow and reached the Kłodzko Valley. Although we love the Pyrenees, it is the Stołowe Mountains that stole our hearts at first sight – it is not about the height but the magic of these rocks. In picturesque Radków, at the foot of the Stołowe Mountains National Park, we found a hundred-year-old house with a barn and such a view of the mountains that we decided to settle here for good. Together with our dogs. This is our idea for life and, after all, the most important project – for ourselves. And for you.
