The Łąkowa Center is an old, over 100-year-old house, which we have renovated with care and respect to serve as a base for people of the mountains or those who are just falling in love with the mountains. We have for you: - 1 room with 4 beds - 2 3-person studios consisting of 2 rooms - 2 triple rooms - 3 double rooms We decided to bring you closer to the mountains, so the windows are really big. Some rooms have terraces. All beds are single and can be joined together. Each room is equipped with: - bedside tables - wardrobe - table with chairs Each room has a bathroom. We don't have televisions. We prefer to stare at the mountains or at the books. We spend our free time in the living room with a fireplace, talking at the club tables, eating at the shared table and cooking in the shared kitchen.

We stick to the principle that it is supposed to be healthy. And because we are visited by active people - it is both healthy and energetic, and as nutritionists order: with the predominant presence of proteins and healthy fats. We prepare breakfast every morning. It is colorful and multi-themed. Fresh bread comes to us every day at dawn, then we also prepare vegetable pastes and hummus and warm dishes (e.g. shakshouka, fritatta, etc.). Sometimes we respond to the needs of guests with a bonfire with a grill or we start our historic bread oven, from which the pizza comes out as if we were at Lake Garda, not in the Table Mountains. There are several culinary addresses that we can recommend to you on site, we also offer a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator. You can fry pancakes, cook soups, and do whatever your taste buds please. There is also an unlimited use of a coffee and tea maker in the kitchen.

If you are coming to the Table Mountains, you probably already know what to do here. We just add that our guests usually: - they eat an early breakfast (served from 8.30) and go for a run - they don't eat breakfast and go for a run, then come back for a late breakfast (we finish at 9.30 am) - they read or write in our club area, overlooking the mountains - go to the mountains, see Szczeliniec, Radkowskie Skały, Błędne Skały (where fragments of Narnia were filmed), Pośna waterfalls, Rock Mushrooms, Pasterka, Ochota Magdalena - they climb independently from the very foot or (especially with children) use parking lots and continue climbing on their own - they go mushroom picking and pick only red mushrooms, then they fry them in the kitchen and feed other guests and even the hosts - in winter they go cross-country skiing, because we have 50 km of groomed routes here - from January they use the ice rink 100 meters away - go to the Czech Republic and explore the Rock City - they train on bicycles to the Tri Radków Garmin Triathlon or Radkowski Klasyka, traversing the Hundred Curves route by bike, reaching a 400 m elevation and a 10 slope. - they don't train for anything on their bikes, they just ride for fun on forest tracks on table-smooth peaks of the local mountains - they train for mountain ultramarathons or they don't train for anything, they only get to know the pleasure of running not flat - practice dogtrekking, i.e. hiking with a pet that can finally run out. We have special conditions for people with dogs in the Łąkowa Center and we organize training courses. - they sail in pontoons and canoes on the Nysa River, which is sometimes fast - in the evening they spend time together in the dining room, in front of the fireplace and learn about their stories. It's really fun. The Table Mountains are a mecca for history lovers. We will only mention: - Riese tunnels (those from Wołoszański) - Srebrna Góra (the largest mountain fortress in Europe) - Chapel of Skulls in Kudowa - the famous Rock Town in the Czech Republic ... but we know much more.
