Muszyna needs no introduction. We all know about its healing mineral waters, numerous ski slopes and sanatoriums where you can regenerate. However, we always reach deeper and this is what we discovered.
The name of the place probably comes from the moss growing on the banks and stones in streams. The Latin word musci "mosses" has its equivalent in Wallachian. Wallachian peoples, later called Lemkos, have lived in these areas since the 15th century. They left behind old churches and several recipes for the local cuisine, e.g. sour rye soup in sauerkraut.
In these three mesoregions: Beskid Sądecki, Leluchowskie Mountains and Lubowelskie Mountains lies a house built for rest. It was created from the passion of two people and their love for the mountains, nature, wood and active recreation. It has 3 bedrooms for 10 people, a living room with a fireplace, kitchen with dining room and bathroom with a bathtub like in a spa.
On the hill, under the night sky embroidered in a starry pattern, you can experience peace, silence interrupted by the sound of a stream and snow up to your chest. Here, mornings seem endless, the coffee tastes better than ever, and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. The wood sparkles in the fireplace, children spend time on their own playground, adults go on a mountain walk or snowshoeing. As the evening draws near, take a bath in the Russian hot tub in the open air, enjoy mulled wine and play board games.
That's how we imagined the perfect time in the mountains. In the company of nature, among family and friends, with peace of mind and an aura that soothes the senses. We share a fulfilled dream with you. The Chata Natura is waiting.

Who makes sure that the time spent at Chata Natura is even better!
We are a family that complements each other perfectly. Melania is the soul of an athlete (with quite a sports career in her CV), a mountain enthusiast, a person who will not sit in one place. She makes sure that the Chata is cozy, and every detail of the decoration is perfectly refined. She will bring you fresh flowers, dry herbs, take you to the sunrise (with coffee in a thermos), snowshoes or advise you which trail is worth going to.
Adam, on the other hand, is a virtuoso! He will heat water in the Banya, improve every detail, build a bed, tell you how he built the Chata himself, suggest a joint bonfire, and at the end he will carve a sink from stone.
It seems to us that all the situations, passions, dreams, people we met and roads led us to this Chata.
Becoming a family, we dreamed of a place that would harmonize with nature, our love for the mountains, wood and active recreation.
A place that would be friendly to families with children - like ours. Where everyone - both adults and the little ones, will find their own little paradise on earth.
Our dream came true, so we want to share it with you. ❤️
