Quick check

We have a place for modern nomads here. Fugitives from concrete housing estates, weekend refugees from apartment buildings. An unusual tent for any time of the year, even the coldest season. We invite everyone who would like to gaze at the stars before going to bed, be awakened by birds in the morning, listen to the rain and wood crackling in the fireplace. It is not distant Ułanbator, but Masłowice Tuchomskie, not any Mongolian steppes, but our homely Kashubia: lakes, meadows, fields and forests. Here we remember that we are part of nature and we live in such a way that in the future our children's children can also enjoy the closeness of nature.

In traditional Mongolian yurts, little has changed since the time of Genghis Khan. A yurt is almost always 35 square metres. Ours has that too. On the sidelines of a small village, we built the first modern yurt in Pomerania. We have equipped it with everything a modern wanderer may need and arranged it so that you can experience sleeping in a tent without sacrificing the amenities of civilization. Here the sun's rays shine through the skylight and indicate the time, and the patio doors open to the south. However, do not expect even, trimmed lawns and a row of trimmed thuja. These are Wild Meadows, full of wildflowers and insects in the summer. Except that nettles and thistles also bloom here and there, and there are other insects too besides butterflies. We are waiting for guests who will like our horses, rural surroundings and local products. For those who want to experience life outside the city and are looking for authenticity. We will do our best to make you feel good here. See you soon.

We are on-site, we give our guests space and intimacy, but we're always ready to help

We met thanks to horses and dreams. We believe that we only do what we do with love. Such work serves those who do it, and it also serves other people and the world. We want to combine work with everyday life. That is why we put a lot of effort and heart into slowly shaping our place on Earth so that people and animals can stay there safely and with pleasure, enjoying its natural charm. In order to be able to carry out our mission more effectively, we also founded the Dzikie Łąki Foundation. The income from rent is allocated entirely to the statutory purposes of the foundation. Horses influence the character of this place. They have a lot of freedom here, which is what they need and what we also value. Chutor Dzikie Łąki is a family farm where we live with our children and animals. We do not want to destroy what we have to live in/with, we want to cooperate with it and take care of the common good. We are inspired by traditional, old ways of doing things, e.g. construction, but we also use modern ideas, especially if they lead towards ecology. We want our small land to be a source of inspiration for others. Anyone who likes to be close to nature can find their place here. Rest, complete relaxation or activity, learning new things, outdoor activities? Rest, relaxation or fun with family and friends? We have space for that.

  • On cold days, you have to light the fireplace yourself

  • We do not accept groups for integration trips

How do I get there?

Car

  • Our address: Masłowice Tuchomskie 19A, Tuchomie, Kashubia Region, Kashubian Lake District, Poland

  • IMPORTANT!!! Please read the description and/or call - sometimes GPS leads you astray, and not into our field! ;) By car: drive through Tuchomie and turn off road no. 20 near the gas station (towards Masłowice Tuchomskie, NOT Masłowice Tuchomskie Osada! Read the road signs!). A few hundred meters after the sign indicating the beginning of the village of "Masłowice Tuchomskie", OPPOSITE THE LARGE GREEN HALF (on the left), turn onto the field road to the right (quite steeply downhill, there is our white arrow with a horse and blue mailboxes) and drive straight ahead, passing the buildings, to the very end. There, i.e. at this end, you enter our yard (large wooden gate). You can also park directly under the yurt.

If something falls into the water, there is a strainer to fish it out. You can enter both in a swimsuit and naked - it is important to be clean (the tub is not a bathing tub, we do not use shampoos or other detergents). We come in shoes or rinse our feet in a bowl before entering, so as not to bring in sand, stones, grass, leaves, etc. And we are careful not to leave any other traces in the water...

    - If you want to take advantage of CLASSES with horses or a photo session, let us know when booking so that we can check the schedule and arrange the details. On some dates, the horses may not be available; it may also happen that we cancel classes (very unfavourable weather, our/our children's/our horses' illness, sudden departure, etc.)

    - You can CHANGE YOUR BOOKING at no cost at least 60 days before arrival. After that, the deposit is non-refundable. So if you want to shorten, cancel or postpone your reservation to another date, let us know as soon as possible. Also, a sudden decision to leave earlier does not change the total cost of the stay we agreed on.

    - Chutor is a real village and we LIVE here. :) And we work. This means that our children can run around the yard, laugh, scream, cry, horses can neigh and poop in the meadows, dogs can bark, chickens can cluck, cats can try to steal food from the grill or occupy the bed, we can work with various tools or a tractor (as well as neighbors - it's a rural area)... Think about whether this will not bother you.

    - Please take care of the Yurt and the things we provide, follow our instructions (e.g. closing the mosquito net doors). If something breaks, let us know immediately so that we don't discover during cleaning that something needs to be quickly bought/repaired.

Cisza i spokój w otoczeniu natury. Czysta podgrzewana balia - jacuzzi na zewnątrz. Ogrodzony teren daje poczucie prywatności. Mili gospodarze.
