In the Suwałki Region, the earth spins slower, the sun shines stronger, and nature murmurs sighs and smells amazing. We lost our minds in the orchard maze. We fell in love with lakes, and the atmosphere drew us in like a novel by Mroz. It happened. We are adding another chapter to the history of Cisowy Wzgórze. The Suwałki farm has been given a second life, and we are happy to learn how to bake the best bread on this side of the Vistula.

The history of Cisowy Wzgórze began over 20 years ago, when Ania found an advertisement for the sale of a wooden house in the distant Suwałki region. Although her dream was the Bieszczady Mountains, the decaying ruin in the Suwałki Region suited the vision of the future and Ania decided not to be picky. She was delighted and then brought the ruin into elegant order. Because it is a woman with panache, a moment later another new house with two apartments was built.
Then I, an old acquaintance from childhood, showed up. It thundered, flashed and we are together, building another house and a kitchen with a dining room for guests. And so for two years we have been changing and improving something all the time, and thanks to this love, we have exceptionally good bread ...
