When poet Jan Kochanowski wrote about a perfect village in "Song of the Midsummer Sabbath", he must have had in mind Ciemiętniki. The number of promenades with swirled ice cream - zero. The number of stands selling gummy candy by the kilo - zero. Speakers blasting top hits - zero. Unless, of course, an occasion arises and there's a need. But generally, there is silence, which does not apply to frog concerts, fallow deer calls, dogs barking and cats meowing. We are allowed to do massages outdoors, be happy loudly, run to feed fallow deer, drink coffee on the terrace, warm up with homemade tinctures in the evening and enjoy life.
We invite you to a place where you can go downstairs in pyjamas for breakfast, walk around in a bathrobe all day, and overdose on elderberry syrup in the evening. It is like in Kochanowski's poem, though a few years later. Come here on your own, take the kids, invite the parents and don't forget the dog. You will like it here.
We prepared 5 themed rooms. Decorating them made us a lot of childish fun. We took care of the necessary elements:
- the smell of wood
- fresh linen
- respite
Our rooms are located on the first floor and in the attic of the farm, and can accommodate a total of about 18 guests waiting for a healthy reindeer by the forest.
1. There is a Hunter's Room in the attic. Something like a hunting pulpit, because from the window there is a view of a herd of fallow deer.
(28-meter, four-person room with a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed.
Kitchenette: fridge, kettle, sink, cutlery and dishes.)
2. Gamekeeper Room. Something like a forester's lodge. From the windows you can see attractions such as running fallow deer, Instagram views such as fog over the forest and birds.
(28-meter, four-person room with a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed.
Shared kitchenette: fridge-freezer, electric kettle, sink, cutlery and dishes).
3. Farmer's Room - for a rich, resting farmer.
(20 meters long, three-person with a double bed, a single bed.)
A large balcony window makes the sun's rays flood the entire room.
Shared kitchenette: fridge-freezer, electric kettle, sink, cutlery and dishes.
4. Fisherman's room in the attic. From the windows you can observe what is happening in Ciemiętniki
(17 meters long, double bed with a double bed.
In the room you will find a kitchenette: fridge, kettle, sink, cutlery and dishes.)
5. Herbalist's room. A bit more feminine than the guys above. For those who are looking for chlorophyll and maybe will take part in our herbal workshop.
19 meters, three-person, with a double bed and a single bed.
Balcony with a beautiful view of the farm.
Shared kitchenette: fridge-freezer, electric kettle, sink, cutlery and dishes.
Each room has a wooden wardrobe, a solid table with two chairs, a chest of drawers, bedside tables, TV, internet access and a bathroom with a shower, towels, and a dryer.
We serve in the dining room. Absolutely no culinary fiction, we draw on family recipes and ingredients found in nearby villages.
- instead of Starbucks latte, we offer black as the devil, enriched with milk from our neighbors' gnomes.
- in the summer dumplings with blueberries, dumplings with plums and such pancakes that the tongue claps with the palate.
- winter is our pantry. Pickled - there, beetroots - there, marinated mushrooms - there, home-made sausage - there!
Something sweet for coffee is a topic we're not joking about. In summer there will be a sponge cake with fresh fruit, and in the winter there will be an orange cake with cinnamon.
Danielówka dishes deserve an answer to the question "How is it made?". That is why we organize the Home Pantry Workshop. You leave with bliss on your face and jars of homemade preserves and recipe cards.
If our guests do not want to dine with us, but would like to make sandwiches, tea or coffee and drink wine from the glasses humanly - there are individual kitchenettes in the hunter's and fisherman's room. However, the other rooms have a shared kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, sink, cutlery and dishes.

What’s there for children?
In Danielówka, no child said the chilling sentence "Mom, I'm bored ...". In addition to the aforementioned kayaks, safaris with our fallow deer, culinary workshops, running on the grass without shoes and riding horses, children can spend time on an attractively furnished and safe playground. After such an active day, the children fall where they stand :)
