There comes a time in life when we want something more than just a constant pursuit of money, never-ending tasks and challenges to overcome. When we want to feel that we live in harmony with the world around us. There is a saying: "It’s all in your head", thoughts and emotions, but most importantly, desires ... For a long time, we wanted to create a place where we will feel close to the world around us. Where rushing and everyday life will be behind us ... At least for a moment. For a long time, we were looking for a place where nature is still untouched by civilisation. And we did it. We are in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park and at the junction of two NATURA 2000 areas. That is, places protected by law against civilisation. Location is one thing. The second is to create a home that will harmonise with the wonderful surroundings. What was beyond doubt was the architectural style. From the beginning, we knew that it was supposed to be a Sudeten house. That is why for months we drove around the Kłodzko Valley and embodied the style and building elements typical of this area. And here it is! Our guests still can't believe it's a new home. We invite you to a house on the edge of the village, with only mountains and forest as the backdrop. Through the window of the room, with a little luck, you can watch the deer rut, and on the other side of the forest, you can hear the murmur of a crystal clear mountain stream. Watch the sunsets over the mountains from the glass veranda. Go hiking in the beech forest – different at every time of the year. Our house stands at the foot of the forest which grows on the Suchoń mountain. You can also sit on the grass in the garden, dip your toes in the stream, make a fire. And at night, look up at the glorious starry sky…

Here Slowhop will describe your place

I have lived in the Kłodzko region since I was born, I only moved to the city while I was studying, but I feel best here. I have access to the forest and mountains near my house, it's hard for me to function in everyday life without them, they have also been part of my running training for some time :) The house I live in belongs to my family. It was built by my parents, who grew up in the city in blocks of flats, and years ago they settled in the Kłodzko Valley. They poured their passion for creation into this house, in which my brother and I participated. Using elements of the characteristic Sudetes architecture, we have created a house in which you can relax wonderfully.

In the place where the house now stands, there was an old 19th-century barn, unfortunately in a deplorable condition. So we had to take it apart, piece by piece, carefully so as not to damage what was so valuable and worth reusing. We are talking about old bricks that still retain the spirit of the building from years ago, and today reflect it on part of the walls of our house. After a day in the mountains, in the woods or by a stream, you will sleep in cozy rooms with comfortable beds, beautiful views and a homely atmosphere. There are 8 double rooms with bathrooms waiting for you, 3 of which are large enough to easily accommodate an extra bed for one more person. There are no TVs or radio in the rooms, but the views and attractions are provided by windows, and if you are lucky, apart from forests and mountains, you may be able to see deer rutting :) Some of the rooms are upstairs, some in the attic, while on the ground floor we have a kitchen and a common dining room, where you can relax after a day of walking or other activities, eat something separately or organize a feast together. It is also a great place for an organizational meeting or a small training session when you come with a larger group. It is also worth mentioning the glass veranda to which you will go directly from the room, and there, sitting on comfortable armchairs with a cup of hot tea or a glass of good wine, you can watch the picturesque sunsets. On the lowest floor there is a gymnasium with an oak floor, perfectly adapted to yoga, dance or other activities that need space. We used to be scouts. That time left something behind, we still love evenings by the fire, when we fry sausages together with family or friends and talk together until late at night. For this reason, we have prepared a fireplace in the garden, of course with a suspended grate, for those who prefer grilled delicacies over sausages. Right next to it there are two tables with benches so that anyone who wants to can eat comfortably outdoors. Of course, we know perfectly well that, despite the holiday, the series will not watch itself, or you need to work a little more, so we made sure that contact with the world was possible thanks to Wi-Fi. We cordially invite you, but please do not bring dogs and other four-legged friends with you.

We give you a free hand and a fully equipped kitchen. The rest is up to you. There is a lot of space, so even without poking each other with elbows, two groups can easily prepare food. In the kitchen you will find a stove, fridge, kettle, oven, toaster and other necessary equipment for making meals. There is even a dishwasher, so the age-old problem of "Who is washing?" top-down is already resolved. And those who like to get up in the morning "ready", after prior arrangement, can order breakfast from us, for the preparation of which we use regional products. For example, hand-made cheese is imported from a friendly farm. As soon as you ask the host, he will surely recommend some good restaurants in the area and you won't have to drive far, because most of them are within 10 km from us. And of course, you can always prepare the whole dinner on the grill, or try to bake sausages over the fire.

Our house is located on the Janosz stream, near Suchoń - a mountain covered with beech forest, in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park and the Natura2000 area. Thanks to this location, it is a great starting point for everyone who wants to discover the charms of the Kłodzko Valley. Throughout the year, you can go hiking, meet wild nature and the rich history of the Kłodzko Land. You can climb the peaks, pick mushrooms or gather, because our forests are full of all kinds of forest goods. Fans of two wheels will go wild on the newly opened routes of SIngletrack Glacensis - the largest singletrack network in Europe. And in winter, you must go skiing, which is possible in the nearby Czarna Góra ski resort (only 6 km from us). They have routes for the youngest, beginners, intermediate and more advanced skiers and snowboarders. More cultural and cognitive activity is also possible, among others we recommend: - visiting numerous monuments of the Kłodzko Valley - such as: the medieval city of Bystrzyca Kłodzka or the Kłodzko Fortress - using the nearby health resorts in Lądek and Długopole Zdrój - searching for gold in the mine in Złoty Stok - visiting the Medieval Technology Park You can also spend a lazy day at home, lying in bed until noon, then move to the veranda with a book in your hand, contemplate the views, cook something together and eat in the garden. Lie on the grass and soak your feet in the stream. And if you find a yoga workshop, join them without hesitation!

Prześliczne miejsce, pełne ciszy i dobrej energii.

Świetne, wyciszające i piękne miejsce - czyste pokoje, duża wspólna kuchnia, wspaniała weranda z pięknym widokiem i zielone miejsce do leniwego odpoczynku z książką nad strumieniem. Gospodarze sympatyczni i pomocni, służą wskazówkami co zobaczyć w okolicy. Każdy znajdzie tutaj coś dla siebie i odpocznie tak jak lubi najbardziej. Serdecznie polecamy! :)
