It all started with the dreams of our parents, Mirek and Jasia, and this story is like looking through a family album. Over 30 years ago, they planned to escape from Warsaw to the countryside. After a long search, they found their green enclave - a small farm near Warsaw with its own pond for swimming, surrounded by vast meadows and forests of Łochów. It was the perfect hiding place from the world.
Many things already existed here, but even more, had to be created from scratch. Over the years, my parents created a place that was close to every member of the family. We knew that here, we could always escape from the hustle and bustle of the city at an express pace and enjoy the energy of chlorophyll, wind and water. When my parents passed away, my twin sister and I decided to nurture the family holiday home and share it with others. We give you the best of everything: a ground floor house for 6-8 people and a 6-hectare farm with a private pond with fish, forest and orchard. There are no neighbours, but herons, cranes, storks, starlings, cockatoos, gilts and hoopoes are frequent visitors, as are hares, roe deer and foxes. There is also a beaver living by the pond, which is a full-fledged resident of the habitat - you can watch it early in the morning and in the evening. When it gets dark and the nights are pitch black here, set up your telescope on the lawn and study the constellations.

We are not on-site, but friendly help will look after you
We are twins who live and work in Warsaw, and we were also born in the capital. Both of us have spent our professional lives working in the media, and, like dizygotic twins, we don't do the same thing. So the industry is the same, but the specialisations are different. Karolina is a TV editor and editing director. She is passionate about astronomy, astrophotography, films, jazz, gardening and knows a thing or two about baking bread. Klementyna is a manager, or more precisely a TV production manager, and a mother of three. Outside of work, she is an excellent organiser and protector of the home. Nobody else can cook cucumber soup, homemade borscht and bake cheesecake as she can. We share a passion for living close to nature and "cooking" together in the kitchen from time immemorial. For a long time, we have spent our spare time in Domeczek, a place created by our parents. Thanks to our parents' dreams, we created a special place, a refuge for "busy townsfolk", whose heart has always been the kitchen.
