At the edge of the Karkonosze National Park, trees grow faster and deer jump higher than kangaroos. We have built a modern mountain estate here and we provide surprises. The situation is as follows: 30-metre-high spruce trees and houses that smell like resin are reflected in the pond like in a mirror. There are five of them. There are no equals or more equal - all of them have the same appliances and are intended for a family with two or three kids.
We serve nice wake-ups and long-awaited evenings here. The morning begins with breakfast, waiting in a picnic basket outside your door. Then there may be a jump from the pier into the crystal water, a bicycle trip to try the pancakes with blueberries recommended by us, and in the winter searching for a yeti with snowshoes on its feet. In the evening, children run to the neighbouring Willa Drewniana Róża on a mini climbing wall or play on the playground, while you play a table football tournament or sneak out to the sauna. In addition, a detox from the Internet and cellphone coverage will help you experience what is most beautiful here. If that doesn't sound marvellous, then we give up.
We invite you to our Karkonosze Mountains. Here every season is good for time off.
We have prepared a few surprises. The net - a hammock hanging above the floor is to make an impression. You can sleep on it, cuddle and rest looking at the water and majestic spruces of Karkonosze. From each cottage you can go directly to the terrace, which is surrounded by a natural swimming pond.
The houses are approx. 50 m2, downstairs there is a living room with a kitchenette (fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, sink, kettle, coffee machine, pots, tableware), a sofa (fold-out place to sleep for two persons), dining table with chairs, wood-burning fireplace, bathroom (with shower), exit to the terrace by the pond (deckchairs on the terrace, a place to play and relax also behind the cottage)
At the top, there is a sleeping mezzanine for four adults, families with children. It is a room with quite large slants, divided by a bookcase. Part of the mezzanine next to the window display is covered with a net instead of the floor, where, lying like on a hammock, you can book, play and rest.

In each house you can expect:

The houses are situated by the swimming pond, which is our pride. The water is filtered and regenerated by biological methods. About half of the reservoir's surface is covered by a regeneration zone, which is also a very decorative part of the pond due to the abundantly growing and flowering aquatic vegetation. The pond has a modern character, there are terraces next to it, two entrances to the bathing part and a separate shallow swimming area for children. The bathing part is also equipped with a bottom aeration system and lighting, which create a unique, magical atmosphere in the evening.
For parents, we have a lot of amenities: cots, baths, high chairs, a baby carrier, stairs secured with a railing and a gate, a children's play corner, a playground (climbing structures, slide, sandbox, sand toys), bikes, ride-ons.
Instead of daily deliveries of ready-made meals in the morning, we offer "breakfast baskets" with products for self-prepared breakfasts, delivered directly to your apartment or cottage once every two days – on the day of arrival, or every other day in the afternoon for longer stays.
Your comfort is our top priority:

• You can prepare a meal at any time, at your own pace, and exactly how you like it – or even have it as dinner instead of breakfast,
• If you're planning an early hike in the mountains, all products are available the day before,
• Breakfasts can be prepared together, spending time together in a peaceful, homely atmosphere.
The baskets contain local flavors, handcrafted products, and products from friendly, family-run businesses. We hope you'll enjoy these products and experience the unique atmosphere of the region.
After placing your items, please:
• place the empty basket outside your apartment/cottage door
• or return it to reception – whichever is more convenient for you.
After two days, depending on the length of your stay, we will deliver another basket with different flavors and products, in the same, unchanged form.

The cottages feature fully equipped kitchens (refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop, sink, kettle, coffee maker, pots, and tableware), where you can prepare your own favorite dishes.
Winter or summer, it's always worth visiting the PTTK Shelter on Stóg Izerski, whether for apple pie with lemon tea, goulash pancake with rum tea, or mulled wine. In season, it's best to indulge in the blueberry pierogi.
Nothing is impossible, but boredom is unlikely here. Just sitting on the terraces and staring at the clouds reflecting off the pond for hours is a great way to spend time. You can also jump onto the bomb from the pier and practice the breaststroke and crawl.
The swimming pool pond is our greatest pride. The highest located in Poland with crystal clear mountain water. Thanks to ecological technology, the pond does not contain any chemicals. You can bathe from morning to evening, and children have a specially designated paddling pool to keep everyone happy and safe. The Northmen and the Walruses will be delighted. In winter, you can swim in the ice hole or roll in the snow when leaving the sauna.
In the Drewniana Róża villa, located nearby, the older sister of the houses, you can play a table football tournament, warm up by the fireplace and talk over mulled wine and winter tea.
The Karkonosze Mountains are a paradise for sports and exercise fans. You can rent sports equipment from us - downhill and cross-country skis, Nordic Walking poles, snowshoes, as well as bicycles equipped with special seats for children.
If you want to spend time almost like Yeti seekers, we can offer you participation in one-day trips, as well as snowshoe expeditions under the supervision of a professional mountain guide.
Take advantage of all the benefits the villa offers. For those who are stressed, we offer beauty and relaxation treatments in the intimate SPA, where you can use the Finnish sauna and a room where you can calm down and calm down your racing thoughts. If you wish to use saunas (public and exclusive), please inform the reception at least 2 hours beforehand. in advance. We suggest swimming in the pond, and in the winter in the ice hole... For those who value the traditional way of cooling the body. We prepared a "bucket of cold water".
The word boredom does not exist in our dictionary and is a bit worn out, so we can recommend you some proven attractions.
On foot:
Wooden Rose - Wooden Massif - Granite Mine - tested many times by ourselves and our guests. Along the way, you will encounter the largest weathering cauldrons in the Karkonosze Mountains, wobbles, rock caves and two caves. There, children cook soups from sticks, hide in caves and collect forest treasures. Adults have a view of the Karkonosze Mountains, Szklarska Poręba and the Jizera Mountains. A perfect route for a warm-up or a shorter walk. In the evening you can catch an amazing sunset.
Drewniana is located directly on the tourist trail to Snow Cauldrons, Szarka Waterfall and many other great places.
By bicycle:
There are many bicycle routes of various difficulties nearby. In the immediate vicinity there is Droga Pod Reglami, which provides access to many marked routes. A treat for experienced cyclists will be the currently constructed 70 km single track route of various difficulties. One of the loops runs 50 m from Drewniana Róża.
On skis:
- Ski&Sun – gondola lift, ski slopes,
- Harrachov ski complex, ski slopes and bicycle paths,
- Ski Arena Szrenica, Szklarska Poręba, ski slopes,
- Jakuszyce.
Loving Reksio kisses, goes for walks and steals whatever he can. It is a great companion when looking for sticks, building igloos and looking for mushrooms. The kids play with him and hug him at will.
Of course, a favorite activity for children is splashing and swimming in the swimming pond. From dawn to dusk, in rain, sun and when the sky is obscured by clouds.
We are parents ourselves, so when creating the houses and surroundings, we took into account both the needs of children and the convenience of parents. Kids have at their disposal a rushing carousel of attractions: an educational path, a forest jump for training long jumps, trampolines, a tree house, sandboxes, swings and plenty of space to play saw and run.
In the villa adjacent to the houses, you can go crazy in the event of bad weather. There you will find a room with a play area for children, a bookcase with books, toys, Lego Duplo blocks, a chalk board, board games and a climbing wall.
