We are not a hotel or guesthouse. We have the soul of a creative house, a place for connoisseurs of tastes, smells and sounds, closer to stylish agritourism. We have 7 separate buildings for our guests. Each of them is rustic, noble, inspired by our travels and love for original objects and books.
Each room is different although maintained in the same atmosphere.
There are 23 rooms (1 two-room house, 3 two-room apartments, 2 one-room apartments, 1 studio room, 11 rooms). They can accommodate up to 42-46 people (+ extra beds). Here's where you can stay during your stay at Domy Konesera:
1. Trzcin Resort, i.e.:
- Chamber House
The house is located in the main buildings, visible from the entrance on the right.
At the back, surrounded by plants, there is a small square where you can spend time outside, away from the bustle of the main courtyard, under the terrace you will find our bicycles, there is also a second entrance to the fireplace room, lined with brick and stone, which guarantees the desired coolness in the summer.
Here you can spend your free time, watch a match (the only TV set), read a book from the library, children can play, you will also find badminton rackets and many social games.
The house has 2 floors, the rooms are only on the first floor, you enter through the terrace, where you can also relax. There are 4 rooms here, 2 at the entrance on opposite sides, then there is another door that closes the apartment consisting of 2 rooms, but they are also proposed separately. there is a fridge in the hall.
The doors of the rooms have authentic stained glass incorporated into them, which makes them extremely decorative. In summer, the house is lush with vegetation. Its base is made of large pebbles. All furniture, lamps and trinkets are truly old and ancient.
Intimate AL - classic double room (~18m), cozy with a double bed, stylish sofa, bedside table, wardrobe, chair, comfortable bathroom with a bathtub. Classic and ceiling window,

Classic double room - Rene with 2 single beds (~14m`), bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe, spacious bathroom with a shower panel is located one step outside and is only a private bathroom for this room. An ideal place to relax for two people. Possibility of 1 extra bed for a child up to 3-13 years old. The room is also part of our master suite, but we also provide it separately. Here you will feel a bit like in an old room :)
Konesera Houses Apartment
A luxurious large, two-zone double room (~35 m2) with a double bed, a lounge area with a stylish set of furniture, a work corner with a secretary, a small fridge, a kettle, a display cabinet with utility porcelain, and a bathroom with a shower next to it. Small balcony

- Table House
The house is located in the main buildings of the Konesera Houses complex, visible from the entrance sideways on the left. It is decorated with huge glazed doors and wooden mullions in a beautiful, intense green color.
The house is lush with vegetation in the summer. The main entrance is from the courtyard. This is where we welcome our guests, although there is no classic reception desk, you will find us at the bar or next to the door where our tiny kitchen is located.
On the ground floor there is a common space, there is a fireplace, in the back there are our dining room tables, in the bar you will find craft beer and delicious homemade liqueurs, but also wine and other pleasures, coffee from a professional coffee machine. Next to the bar there is a public buffet, available all the time without restrictions: loose coffee, Nesca-type freeze-dried coffee, decaffeinated coffee, tea in sachets, loose tea, sometimes various herbs.
The hall is not only a meeting place or dining room, it is also a concert and theater hall, there is a concert grand piano here, tuned, so please don't strum it, but if anyone wants to play something nice for our ears and soul, we invite you.
We organize concerts of all kinds of music, sometimes theater performances. The room is over 5 meters high, there is a huge chandelier hanging in the center, and it is partially covered with a suspended mezzanine on the first floor, leading to the rooms. All furniture, lamps, trinkets, etc. are truly old and ancient.
Through the gate, we go out to the back of the house where there are garden tables, where you can eat a meal, sit with a coffee, then there is a parking lot, a playground and a beautiful view of the hills of the Welski Landscape Park, where we are located. There are benches to rest around the house.
Classic double rooms on the mezzanine (first floor)
Equipped with Polish furniture from the end of the 19th century, 2 single beds that can be put together, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe (one room has only a large chest of drawers instead of a wardrobe), spacious bathroom with shower (~15m`).
An ideal place to relax for two people - the rooms are very cozy and shaded, which provides a lot of desired coolness in the summer. 2 rooms have an attic - accessed via a lowered ladder in the room - where young people like to sleep.

Our main house, visible from the entrance, deep in the courtyard straight ahead.
It is a 4-story building finished with wood, with a stone terrace in front of the entrance, the windows of the house and the entrance have shutters limiting the flow of light on request, the rooms on the sides have balconies on the first floor. There is patio furniture on the terrace for relaxing, and the terrace is covered with flower beds.
The basement is our private property,
The ground floor has two rooms opposite each other, we enter the room on the right through a living room available to everyone, arranged like a kitchen, we don't cook here, but there is a kettle, household porcelain, a sink, 2 small refrigerators, a table for sitting, and an extremely stylish, tiled kitchen as ornament.
The first floor has 3 rooms plus our private one.
The attic is our two private rooms, one of them is available to guests if necessary, but then we share a bathroom. There is an open staircase on all floors, which gives the house an impression of lightness and openness.
All rooms are very uniquely styled, they are our nicest rooms in the entire complex. The inside of the house is also finished with wood, both larch, sometimes pine, and exotic wood on the floor. The living room-kitchen has authentic roof tiles on the floor, adding style and charm, the same can be found in the Living Room Apartment.
All the furniture, lamps, trinkets, etc. are truly old and ancient. The house, like Kameralny and Stołowy, is covered with a roof finished with aspen chips. Behind the house there is an alley with a recreation area with hammocks and deckchairs.
Ground floor: Thessaloniki Apartment
2 rooms in an enfilade (~30m`). A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower finished in travertine. The living room has a fireplace, a chaise longue with decorative upholstery, a table and chairs. Unique arrangement, interesting book collection. Direct access to the terrace through a large window.
Possibility of 1 or 2 extra beds in the living room.
Ground floor: Spacious de Luxe room
Two single beds, which can be put together, wardrobe, table, bedside tables, bedside lamps, large armchair. A large, elegant, timeless bathroom finished in travertine with a bathtub harmonizes with the room's decor. View from the window onto a picturesque garden (~21m`).

1st floor: Family Studio Room
2 rooms (~16m` x 2) – Bedrooms with two beds, wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lamps. Classic elegant interiors, originally styled interiors. Perfect places for families with older children. The view from the windows and access to the balcony connecting both rooms promotes good relaxation.
The studio has a shared private bathroom with a shower, next to it in the hall, only available to guests renting the studio. The rooms are connected only by a balcony, they are located next to each other (there are only 4 rooms in total on the entire floor, so it is quite intimate). We definitely recommend the rooms to families with older children or friends. We also rent the studio to 2 people, but then only 1 room with a bathroom when renting the second room for two people
1st floor: Family Room
Family room (~18m`) – Bedroom with two double beds (140 cm wide), wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lamps. Classic elegant interiors. Perfect places for families with children. The view from the windows (the most beautiful one is of our ponds located in the valley) and the exit to the balcony facilitate good relaxation.
The room has a private bathroom with a shower next to it in the hall, only available to guests renting this room. - Attic - Room on the 2nd floor with 2 beds, bedside table, large slopes (the bathroom with a shower is next door behind the room door - it is a bathroom only for guests of this room). peace)
Masurian cottages:
Larch House
a 2-story house with separate floors forming apartments, a cottage made of larch logs. It is located in a valley below the main buildings on the way to the alley with cottages, in a very private place, surrounded by lawns, fields, groves and ponds. Here you can hear silence, you can relax in peace.
ground floor – Summer Living Room:
Bedroom with two single beds and one double bed (~28m), wardrobe, table, bedside tables, bedside lamps, small fridge, kettle, 2 doors through the door. All furniture, lamps and trinkets are truly old and ancient.
A bathroom with a shower panel finished in wood and marble. A room styled like a country house - wooden, whitewashed walls, metal beds, an old, solid door lock. Stylish accessories and finishes create a magical atmosphere.
The house opens onto an open space, a large meadow, with ponds visible at the back. Next to the living room, outside under the terrace, there is a place to relax. An ideal place for guests who value intimacy, silence among nature, and pet owners. Parking space next to the house. Approximately 50 m to the dining room.

Larch House, 1st floor – Larch Apartment:
Spacious bedroom-living room (~45m`) with one double bed, single bed, old secretary, wardrobe, table, bedside tables, bedside lamps, kitchenette (fridge, sink, kettle), bathroom with shower.
All the furniture, lamps and trinkets are authentically old and ancient. The delicate range of colors in the room's decor and the wonderful view from the windows promote exceptional relaxation.

Masurian Cottage
a 2-story house with separate floors forming apartments, a cottage constructed of old dark logs after the demolition of a more than 100-year-old mountain cottage, shutters painted in green give it a unique charm. It is located in an alley with cottages in a very private place, surrounded by lawns, fields and groves. Here you can hear silence, you can relax in peace.
Ground floor: Family Studio Apartment, ideal for families with children or friends.
At guests' disposal: a spacious double room with a fireplace in the form of a tiled stove, two single beds that can be put together, bedside tables with lamps, a table with chairs, a wardrobe, and a bathroom with an open shower.
Right next to it there is a smaller double room with two single beds, a chest of drawers, and a bathroom with an open shower finished in travertine. (~48m`)
The entire ground floor is finished with authentically old, over a hundred-year-old dark-colored wooden logs (just like the entire cottage. Mini kitchenette (fridge, kettle, sink, coffee/tea set). All furniture, lamps and trinkets are authentically old and ancient.

Chata Welska
2-story, two-story house.
The cottage is constructed of old dark logs after the demolition of a more than 100-year-old mountain hut, its shutters, painted in green, give it a unique charm. It is located in an alley with cottages in a very private place, surrounded by lawns, fields and groves.
The first floor offers a charming view of a small lake (it is already the property of the neighbors). Here you can hear silence, you can relax in peace.
Comfortable studio located on the ground floor. Guests have at their disposal a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a wooden bathtub (which can be used), an armchair, a dressing table, and a bathroom with an open shower that add extraordinary charm. Right next to it there is a single room with a bathroom with a shower, 1 toilet, a kitchenette (fridge, kettle, dishwasher), a fireplace in the form of a stove, covered with tiles from the demolition of old tiled stoves, a dining room with a table and a terrace window. The first floor is an open room - mezzanine with a balcony and 2 other windows (~55 m'), it is used for trainings, workshops, meetings, among others. business, but also as a bedroom with extra beds. All furniture, lamps and trinkets are truly old and ancient

Common time is our Table House. It is both a dining room with a main kitchen and a concert hall, where we organize all kinds of events and traditional holidays. There is a grill hut (with a separate toilet) located by the ponds.
On the extensive grounds there is a club room with magazines, games and puzzles, and a sauna with a jacuzzi, there is WIFI in public areas, there is a TV somewhere, but we don't know if it works, it would effectively disturb the rest, so we put it somewhere.
There is a playground for children - when it's warmer - a trampoline, a beach volleyball court and a lot of area for running.
Next to the buildings there is a large pasture where you can watch our Scottish cows, various types of goats and sheep, and a very old pony.
