To us, Masuria is like the first warm days of spring, like a nap in a hammock, chicken soup from our beloved grandma, morning coffee on the pier and tomatoes picked straight from the bush. We associate this region with everything that's really pleasant. It has always been ours, it brings back memories of family trips. Sailing lessons, tennis training, precious family time. We wanted to be regular visitors here, warm up a place in this green space that's interwoven with blue, have room to develop sports passions and a piece of land for cultivation, so the decision to buy land at Lake Roś was obvious to us. It was in Szczechy Małe and a 1.5-hectare plot of land. We were able to spread our wings here. We started tidying up the flower beds, taking care of the apple trees, building a tennis court, a mini golf course and building a wooden villa brought all the way from the Polish mountains.
Gasan Place is an old forest that looks really good in Masuria. First, we lived in it, but after several years of visits from relatives and friends, we decided to give it to you. It is characterized by the hospitality of Podhale, as it can accommodate up to 16 people. It has a beautiful sunny living room connected to a large kitchen, a fireplace for cooler days and a terrace overlooking the pond. As if that was not enough, from this year we can share something new. Two seasonal cottages in a tropical climate. Each is designed for 4 people, has its own kitchen, terrace and the entire property is full of sports attractions.
We invite you to a private pier, great jogging and walking routes, mushroom hunting and fishing. For learning to swim on a wakeboard and tennis training. On hot days, you can jump into the lake or swim in the pool, play badminton, go on a bike trip, exercise in the outdoor gym or play darts. During the rainstorm, hide out in the grill shelter, you can start a party, fire up a disco ball and not worry about the grey skies, or go out for the best fish in this part of Masuria.

We take care of a great home atmosphere in the habitat, so please respect other guests. You will most likely be meeting in common places. On the playground, at the outdoor gym, on the beach, in the yoga room, in the swimming pool, sports fields. Who knows, maybe new friendships will be born during this holiday?
Gasan Place is not only houses for rent. It is also communing with nature and animals such as chickens, thanks to which you can buy fresh eggs from us, access to the lake, beautiful landscaped area, as well as many additional attractions, including darts and a mini golf course.
Our largest house, Gasan, is a wooden, cozy villa with a fireplace, situated by a pond. Interestingly, it is a real highlander cottage, which we moved to the lake shore. She had seen the mountains, and now she was at home by the water.
Inside you will find 6 bedrooms for 16 people. Two of them are on the ground floor, four more on the first floor. Each room has its own bathroom with shower, wardrobe and TV. The rooms are for 2, 3 or 4 people, each of them is equally cozy, each home-like.
There is an oasis of peace on the ground floor of the house. Large, fully equipped kitchen with a bar. This is where you can prepare delicacies that you can eat at a wooden table or in a covered grill right next to it. The kitchen opens onto a living room with a fireplace with comfortable sofas and a terrace.
The Buddha and Oasis houses are twins which, as the name suggests, ensure peace and harmony. It is a bit of exoticism in the Masurian countryside. Each is designed for a maximum of 4 people. The interior consists of 2 bedrooms and a common living room with a TV, a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. In summer, most of the time can be spent on the terrace with garden furniture, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are delicious.
The houses are not heated, so they are open only from April to the end of September.
At your disposal is a house with a kitchen and cottages with annexes. The kitchens are equipped and have the necessary barbecue utensils. In the garden there is a shed where you can grill at any time of the year. A dance attraction in the form of a disco ball awaits you in the covered grill. In addition, the forests surrounding the property are full of mushrooms, and in the habitat you can eat apples straight from the orchard. We plant arugula, parsley and dill next to summer houses.

- 7 km separates you from Maldanin, a place with a brilliant fish restaurant. Be sure to check out Zajazd Myśliwski, which, apart from meat, specializes in fish. It is here that you can eat fish to spare, the portions are huge. Vendace, perch and catfish are prepared exceptionally, they are fried, but not over-fried. Zander in dill sauce or chanterelle sauce is also worth attention. In addition to fish, you will eat delicious pork knuckle, white borscht with egg poche, potato pancakes with goulash. Everything is top notch, also the service.
- 6 km from here, by the road in Strzechy Wielkie, turn to Zajazd Wiejska. This is a family restaurant where you will eat to your heart's content. When ordering grapeshot, be sure to order a portion like for Obeliks. Everything there is homemade, delicious and to die for, Also full of butter, lard, powdered sugar and heart.
Masuria is not boring. We have lived here forever and we know something about it. In addition to sitting on the pier with coffee and a book, we also like outdoor activities, company, dancing at the hearth and competition. We develop our habitat so that all our and your dreams come true. We have 1.5 ha of land right on the lake, a house by a pond, an avenue of fruit orchards, a vegetable garden and a whole pool of attractions. That it would be sporty, lazy, for sunny days, for rainy days, for round anniversaries, for family reunions, for crazy friends outings and quiet romantic trips.
From general to specific, so we come to the specific. Twisted Roś Lake you will find 100 meters from here, and there is a private beach with a pier. Roś is one of the cleanest Masurian lakes, perfect in every respect. Both for bathing and fishing. From the pier you can hunt with a fishing rod for pike, perch, bream, asp and lines. You can also rent a fishing boat (fishing rods and all equipment) and go out into the wide waters in search of fry. To fish, you need to purchase a permit, which can be purchased in Pisz at the ARA store. The permit costs PLN 75 for 3 days. Roś does not belong to the zone of silence, so you can do water sports here. We take advantage of this and for an additional fee we offer the possibility of learning to swim on Wakeboard with a professional Mastercraft boat. We provide equipment, boards of various sizes, vests, helmets and wetsuits. Our trained trainer will take care of safety, accurate instructions and have a good time. You can also rent kayaks and enjoy the beautiful surface and nature in peace and quiet from the water level.
On site, in the garden, there are as many attractions waiting for you as the groats in the barley shop. At your disposal is a games room (air hockey, table football, ping pong), darts, a volleyball court and an outdoor gym. There is a yoga and meditation room, an outdoor, huge, fold-out swimming pool - only in summer, a mini golf course and a multi-purpose playground. You can play real basketball, football or tennis matches here. Right next to it you will find a grass volleyball court where you can also play badminton. Our guests push the limits of their imagination and play all the games in the world on the premises. Dodgeball, stalking, hide and seek (there's nowhere to hide), hot-cold, black beer in front of you and much more. Madness.
The grill can be lit even when it is raining or pouring. A shelter with a fireplace, TV and even a disco ball provides shelter from all weather conditions. This is where decent feasts, dances, revels and really good parties take place.
Please book your pitch or tennis court reservations the day before. You can rent all the necessary equipment on site and even arrange tennis lessons.
In winter, we have skates and cross-country skis for you, as well as tips on where to go for a walk or the possibility of organizing a sleigh ride if winter allows it.

Children have their hands full here, legs full of runs and jumps, heads full of ideas. We give them a field to show off, the freedom to create and a place to go crazy. It is heavenly for them. We checked it on a strong test group - during camps organized in the habitat and during family holidays.
The attractions start right outside the house and end at the Roś Lake, and even on the other side of it. There is a swing and an inflatable castle in the garden not only for princesses, when the energy is bursting, you can exercise at the outdoor gym, throw darts at the target, learn to serve on the volleyball court and play tennis or practice shooting like Lewandowski with tatami. On the pitch or table football. For kids or adults, we have a beach for making grandmothers, wake lessons, a throw-away fishing rod and kayaks. That's not all, as there is also mini golf, bicycles and an outdoor summer pool. It will be a vacation like in an amusement park. Such a quiet, Masurian one.
In our largest Villa Gasan workation for companies we have already tested. A twelve-seater wooden table is perfect for a weekly meeting or a creative brainstorming session. After intensive work, we suggest cooling down the heated coils in a pool or lake. Unfortunately, there are no suitable places to work in the rooms, so we encourage you to integrate on the sofa in the living room or the kitchen table.
